Thank you so much to the whole team at Go Green who helped me get home alone after a few too many wines, and the lovely driver who picked up my purse off the road when I dropped it. Purse returned with all cash and card still inside! Excellent service as always.
I recently found myself stranded in Didcot after a car issue and Go Green came to my rescue. Not only did they get me back to Surrey quickly and in time for my meeting, they waited for me to take me back to my car to meet recovery without charging the earth. It is rare to find a company that are not only diligent in their customer care but also socially responsible.
Me and my Partner recently moved to Oxfordshire to get away from London as we thought it wasn't a safe and suitable place to bring up our Children .With value for value for money and security being high on our list I must say that go green have delivered perfect all round service .We booked a taxi via their app was given a fixed price and the taxi turned up on time ,it was clean and modern with a fully licenced driver who was utterly charming .What I liked the most is you can track your taxi via the app and you are told the Drivers name ,the style/colour and registration of the vehicle which all serve to make it a very safe & secure way to travel .Would highly recommend this taxi firm
Go Green - Go Late ! My wife is a frequent business traveller, so regularly requires transport to airports or customer sites. She has to be alert and ready to perform when she arrives so relaxing stress free journeys are a great asset. Unfortunately she has been let down several times by Go Green Taxis who have failed to arrive at the scheduled time. When the taxi is 20 minutes late arriving to take you the 1 hour drive to an airport, it doesn't leave any contingency for problems encountered on the roads. It is made worse when the taxi is late and nobody has contacted you to explain why. Telephoning the dispatcher is not helpful as they do not have the latest updates from the drivers. This is not the reliable service that frequent customers need for time critical travel.
Booked my taxi a week in advance to drop me at work so I could car share to the airport. At the time of pick up, I got a voicemail to say that my driver was ill and another drive was going to pick me up in 20 mins. I then got a call saying it would be 40 mins. My colleague came to pick me up in the end. I would not recommend.
Last week I drove ten miles behind a Go Green taxi - it's speed varied between 35mph and 50mph on an open A-road in clear conditions, delaying lots of people behind. The driver seemed incompetent and unaware of the impact of his driving. A day later I was driving behind a Go Green taxi when the driver abruptly turned right whilst signalling left. Fortunately no-one tried to pass, or a crash would have resulted. Last year I was held up in a queue behind a Go Green taxi crawling at 20mph for several miles (I am not exaggerating) on a minor road in broad daylight for no obvious reason. My wife ordered a taxi from them last year, and they sent a minibus to transport just her alone. Not very green at all. I would not recommend this firm at all.
First time I used this company to go to Heathrow, they were nearly an hour late which resulted in me barely making my flight. I have again used them this week to get to Heathrow, turned up on time and got there on time, Great. however, I was charged twice on my credit card by them. one payment for £78 and another for £88 for the same journey. They also sent my receipt through with a price of £80.40 paid in cash whereas the 2 payments were both taken from my credit card that was set up on the app. Very very worrying and totally unacceptable to be charging people's credit cards willy nilly with made up numbers. I'd hate to think this company are doing this to other customers that may have gone un-noticed.
Decided to protect my driving licence and let Go Green take me & my wife to the works do ,was picked in style by a very pleasant uniformed driver in one of their hybrid executive Mercedes then collected later on (a little worse for wear haha ) returned home safe & sound .Saved my licence & the planet in one go and it didn’t cost the Earth! as they say
