Overall positive.The 4-star rating is only a reflection on the inconveniences faced, these being 1/ no pick-up and drop-off service as I've been used to with other manufacturers/dealers.. so I had to take 2.5 hours out of my day to bring the car to site and come back and collect (there and back twice in commuter traffic); and 2/ the delay in the morning as explained below.Really liked that the Customer Experience Director, Katie Martin was there looking at the processes and procedures. Feel that she had a great grasp on what was good already and what could possibly be improved depending on the feasibility of viable implementation. For example, she noted the issues with using the kiosk to check in, and then the 20min wait for the courtesy car keys, which in essence negates the efficiency and reason for use of the automated check-in for a customer. As for Donna in service, she was very helpful and from my perspective did nothing wrong.
I would recommend Harold Wood Audi to friends and family because the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs from start to finish. Every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service received from Kazim Kalkan. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone considering to purchase a used or new Audi.
Without a doubt, they are dishonest . I chose a car and did a test drive, but they didn’t let me drive it alone, which was really insulting. After a bunch of pointless emails caused by an incompetent sales rep, they finally delivered the car — but at the moment of delivery, they said it only had one key and promised to send the second one within two weeks.Two weeks later, they emailed me saying they couldn’t find the second key and would order a new one. It’s supposedly “on the way” ever since. I’m paying for this car in installments, yet they’ve been dishonest with me, and their customer service doesn’t even respond
I bought a GLC43 from these guys. I must say it’s been a nightmare. Once they had my money that was it they didn’t want to know anymore. The car they delivered to me was in a pretty poor state with numerous outstanding issues with it. Ending with the engine management light coming on and it going into limp mode. At this point the RAC came out and we took the car to their Norwich branch. This was on the 03/10/25 & it’s still there now. After raising a complaint through group 1 complaints, online. The salesman Kish did finally contact me but still hasn’t done anything about getting my car fixed and back to me. Although he promised me he would contact Norwich and give me an update. Still waiting!!!!I will and would never buy a car from these people again as the salesman I had to put up with is basically a liar and a cheat. As he told me he had been off with family issues, but I had rung him several times one of which I was informed that he was with another customer. I have found the whole experience shocking, stressful and very frustrating and I’m still without my car.
