Too Bad There is Not a Negative Star for this company. I have at least 14 email exchanges with their customer service department. I believe multiple employees reply under the same name. The popular one is Kris. I get so many different answers to the same situation. Here's the scoop or poop if you would; I placed an order their website was confusing so I got two of the same item...I didn't need the extra one. One response offered a store credit of $177 (the total of my order) if I simply kept the merchandise. I had instituted a chargeback for the extra item with my credit card issuer, but based on their offer, I cancelled the chargeback in good faith. Now I am getting the runaround from these jerks stating lies like the chargeback is still in play, oh wait not it's not, we will investigate, we will honor our promise, and on and on. What a load of crap. I do have a $100 dollar credit on the store account, but want to wait until they give me the full $177 as promised before I use it. I did tell them I was going on every review site I could find and even report them to the better business bureau. Do not make the mistake of ordering from this really lousy low quality product business.

The supposed 'cashmere' product's quality doesn't even match the cheapest items from fast fashion stores. The photos on their website have nothing to do with reality - it's like receiving a completely different product. Disappointed and angry - avoid this company! You can spend your money and time better elsewhere. Currently fighting with customer service for a refund. BEWARE!"
Took forever to get the sweater and the sizing is way off. Ordered a large and it is sooooo small. My packaging was thrown away accidentally so unable to return it, so I paid a total of $81.00 for something I can’t wear. Very disappointing!
Dreadfully long delivery time to recive a pair of Chinese made trousers with poor finish and the original price on them so I can see the mark up. Wouldn't go near this compnay again. One of thsoe internet adverts better to avoid at all costs
TERRIBLE AVOID THIS COMPANYI fell for the flashy marketing, but don’t be fooled by the so-called "luxury" branding—it's all smoke and mirrors. I ordered two leather phone cases for my partner and me, spending around $70 (which is a lot for phone cases). At that price, I expected excellent customer service and fast shipping.Their website claims a delivery time of 7-10 business days, yet here I am, over a month later, with an estimated arrival date of April—for an order placed in January. Ridiculous.When I asked for a refund, they denied my request with a weak excuse about being affected by wildfires in LA County. This is odd, considering their products are manufactured and shipped from China. The math doesn’t add up.Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
