Defective Labeling - Order #26828

A defective jacket was sent to me. The size in the jacket was grossly mislabeled, at least three sizes smaller that the label size. The company does not recognize mislabeling as a defect, which is ridiculous. To get credit for the defective merchandise I have to pay $16 in shipping to return the item. Why should I have to pay for their poor quality control? This is not right and not fair to a customer.

I too got scammed!!!

I too got scammed by this company!!! The sizes run ultra small. I ordered a Men's 3X, a size that is typically very large for my frame, and I could not even get into the outfit. I will never shop with them again!

Total scam

Total scam, don't buy frokost this shop. The website shows something totally different from what you receive, avoid at all cost.Was meant to be a cotton hoodie with strings with a small pearl at the ends, the strings are form shoelaces and the hoodie is 100% polyester. Awful quality, awful customer support.

Total ripoff

Total ripoff. So-called cashmere is scratchy polyester. So-called return process was totally unprofessional and my money has NOT been refunded. They stole my money.

Sent XXL when I ordered M/L!

I placed two orders with them. I ordered a M hoodie, and a L jacket. They sent me XXL for both hoodie and jacket! Complete waste of time. Then they refused to pay for return shipping, said it was my fault for getting XXL product. I wasted too much time arguing with them, so just paid for the return shipping. When I got my refund, they didn't refund me the shipping! Had to a file a credit card dispute to get all my money back. Do not buy from them. Terrible company.
