Review Time
The payment screen was very confusing, after I had paid with apple pay and got the green tick, I thought the order had gone through. Only when I received an email in the middle of the night suggesting I had not checked out did I go through this process again. Another email to say it had not gone through prompted me to call the customer services number. I was then told i had to press two more buttons to check out? How confusing. This has resulted in my sympathy flowers been delayed by a further day-not ideal.
Flowers were ordered as a gift to my daughter. I received a photo from my daughter, the day after delivery. I felt disappointed as the bouquet did not resemble the one shown in illustration. Flowers were sparse and greenery was overwhelming. I did complain to Haute Florist customer service dept and did receive apologies and the offer of a £10 credit on next order with them. However I refused this offer as I shall not be using them again.
If you want next day delivery order from another company. They said next day delivery if ordering before 10pm and it took them over 2 days to make the delivery. They then try to hide behind terms and conditions which are somewhere else on their website. At no point when selling and advertising or purchasing did they state next day delivery subject to T&Cs or may not be possible to certain locations. When the address was entered they knew the location but still displayed the next day as an option for delivery. if they cannot deliver to a location by the date specified this date should be blocked out as they do for other flower orders which have a known lead time. Felt very let down and conned. If you actually want next day delivery order from another company.
Bit disappointed, flowers were not what I was expecting . Paid good money what’s advertised isn’t what you will receive. Small baby flowers which I could have bought from Aldi for £10 at a push , av ordered 2 sets totalling to £260 definitely not worth it , I could get nicer fresh larger flowers from M&S for £25 ,ones arrived other wise no where to be found . Did not get a email confirmation either not sure what todo please tell me where are the flowers if they haven’t been sent out cancel my order and issue a refund thanks
I send flowers all around the U.K..on a regular basis.My niece just sent me pictures of what you delivered to her on my behalf. It was the most uninspiring and poor value for money bunch of flowers that I can remember.Really disappointed.
Awful flowers compared to the photos on their website, half of the flowers in the photo weren't even present and the colours were completely different. You're better off getting flowers from a supermarket. When we emailed customer service, no apology was given and they obviously didn't care. AVOID.REPLY TO BELOW:The flowers are of poor quality! This is not just about which flowers where included. £45 for a bouquet of mostly yellow flowers and thistles!
