READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I wish I had. Absolutely awful experience. I paid over £55 for a large Belle in the Black bouquet and received a tiny bunch that was far smaller than the image of the ‘medium’ sized bouquet shown on the website. Such a waste of money. Customer service couldn’t care less and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction which is apparent from the way in which they respond to negative reviews and continue to offer a poor service. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
I ordered flowers from the Haute Flowers website – on the 30th of October before 10pm and paid for next day delivery, due on Friday 31st Oct.The flowers arrived on Monday the 3rd of November to my elderly relative wittered, dried out and simply awful A complete waste of money. I paid extra for next day delivery - they arrived on day 4.They look nothing like the website.The Service Team were unhelpful and when I sent a picture through, I was treated with disrespect and indifference. I felt disappointed as was the recipient of those dreadful blooms.Poor quality, poor support, poor service – overall a dreadful experience and a waste of money and time. I would not recommend Haute Flowers.Better off to use their competitors.No compensation for the shrivelled blooms - I feel dramatized by the whole experience.Update: Despite the response from Haute 3 days ago we have heard nothing since. It seems a cynical way of presenting themselves as caring for the customer. Reading other reviews they are well practiced at fending off complaints re delays and poor quality without resolving anything for their customers.
I made an order with Haute as previously I have had no issues and like their product however this time I feel really let down. When inputting the recipient's delivery details in I had to manually do so as it is within a new build area, everything went through ok and the next day had the notification from the courier service they use saying that the order had been delivered. When I went to check the image proof of the delivery as the notification has said it had been left in a safe place it kept saying that the postcode did not match their records for this order. Now concerned I email Haute and explain the issue , they responded saying that when the were about to issue the despatch for the order the system did not recognise the postcode I had given so instead went with a postcode that the system suggested!!I asked as to why they did not manually enter it as I had done myself and as many know can be the case with so many new builds popping up now or even contact the customer before going ahead and double checking the delivery details they were given are correct but again their response was completely dismissive with no attempt to contact the courier service themselves. My friend ( the recipient) said nothing was received by the concierge of the building who are there 24 hours. So I have a friend with no flowers and I am now out of pocket. Haute did not offer to re -send or even a partial refund.
