Ordered fresh flowers for my daughter 21st birthday next day delivery and was not received on 10/20. Contacted customer service and they said not guaranteed; package was delivered somewhere on 10/21 evening 7pm but not to address provided as package is nowhere to be found. many emails back and forth with customer service and they could not prove where exactly delivered, photo etc. Just that it was delivered and try to go find it with a neighbor or something and it's not their responsibility. They are refusing to refund or send another delivery.Horrible experience.
I ordered a large bunch of autumn flowers for a special birthday gift for a family member. She received them & had to take out the dead roses, I received a picture of them which resembled a cheap small thrown together bunch of garden flowers. Looked nothing like to picture. Very embarrassing & disappointment. They offered me £10 off my next bunch of flowers as a gesture of goodwill! Very annoying how they think I’m going to waste more money on their company for rubbish.
Not recommended! I paid for a next day delivery. I indicated to leave my parcel in a safe place but it was ignored and it was only delivered the day after which defied the whole purpose of receiving it on the specific day. When I called customer service they said it's not their responsibility as it's a third party courier. Ridiculous and very unprofessional!
I ordered a large bouquet for a special occasion and was really disappointed. It looked nothing like the pictures online lifeless sparse, and poor quality. I contacted the company right away asking for a partial refund or a replacement, but they replied with care instructions instead of addressing my complaint. Very dismissive and unhelpful. For the price I paid, I expected so much better. Do not order from this company.
I ordered the Country Wild Garden bouquet, the image on the website has at least 15 visible flower stems. The item that was delivered had 8 and then a bunch of green filler. It looked so sad and cheap. I tried to raise a complaint early but the contact form was an auto AI response and no action from there. A week later I got a "How Did We Do?" email so I tried again to complain and was met with "we need pictures from all the angles". Which I managed to get from the recipient of the bouquet. But these weren't good enough as they had to be date and time stamped and taken within 3 days of bouquet being delivered. This was an impossible task to complete as they asked for this a week after the delivery. Just hopeless customer service, the first photo (taken on delivery) showed how completely lacklustre the product was. I would not use this place again. Complete waste of time and money.
I love Haute flowers, they’re a bit different from your standard M&S/Next bouquets and are very reasonably priced! Anyone who has seen the bouquets that I’ve bought for others has commented on how great they look. I will be recommending them to everyone.Order number: hf_593901
