Flowers were diseased and dying. Removed the worst flowers but the rest of the bunch died within a couple of days. That was a £100 bouquet. Sent them photos but they only offered a £20 credit note. I didn't want a replacement bouquet as if they have a disease issue it will affect many bouquets until they sort it.
Would never ever recommend or use this company again!!! Ordered flowers for friend after losing her mother.( £102.55) I paid. I got the confirmation email to say they’d been delivered, great !! My friend never acknowledged she received the flowers so I needed to ask the following day to see if she had received any flowers. She hadn’t received them. I was completely gutted to hear this then 1 hour later she text me to say she found them between 2 bins in her garden ( left by Royal Mail ) no calling card. The state of flowers was disgraceful, when I rang to complain she 1st offered me a £10 voucher, the proceeded to tell me she can only offer me the voucher if I send some pictures of the poor quality flowers. I certainly didn’t want to bother my grieving friend to take some flower pictures. So customers services decided I wasn’t entitled to the voucher. Absolutely disgraceful the whole experience never ever again. Local for me in the future
Frankly one of the most grotesque wedding flowers one could receive. Ordered in the flowers to represent me as I was not able to physically attend a wedding. Instead, my representation was a flat bed of not nearly mature but almost wilted flowers. Truly a humiliating but eye opening moment to not trust a florist wholeheartedly.
What is the point of designating a day delivery when you deliver two days later . Defeats the whole object of flower delivery for a special occasion. I will not be using company again. Genuinely dissatisfied. Don’t order from these lot of you want the flowers on a specific day
