Their website is very misleading when it comes to the images of the bouquets versus what the client receives. I have just had a situation with them where the flowers I ordered could not be more different than the flowers and bouquets they advertised. They did come back and challenge my comments even though I sent them pictures. My advice is stay away. You’ll get more satisfaction at your local Tesco’s for £10 against anything they sell for £40. This is a very honest appraisal and I’ve actually gone back to them twice And receive no sympathy or refund or we will send another bouquet absolutely nothing apart from an enormous body swerve stay away
Ordered the new Belle in Black bouquet as a get well soon for my sister following an operation. She loves Halloween and the colours on the image were perfect for her. Sadly what arrived was a much smaller bouquet with pink roses and Lillies that were nothing like the colours in the image shown. When I contacted customer service I was told they could replace the flowers at their discretion. Ordered dark and spooky and got Barbie pink!!! Definitely would not use again and definitely would not recommend! £55 too!!!
PLEASE PLEASE take the time to just use a local supplier instead of convenience and ordering from this RIP off place. I ordered a large bouquet worth £65 from this florist, and I’m really disappointed with what arrived. The bouquet looked much smaller than the one pictured on the website, which I can only assume was meant to represent the largest size available — the same size I ordered.To make matters worse, several of the roses were already browning on arrival. The flowers were sent to a friend whose close family member had sadly passed away, and while she was very grateful to receive them, I was absolutely mortified when I saw the photo she sent me.What was delivered looked nothing like the beautiful, full arrangement shown online, and I feel very let down — especially given the price and the sensitive reason for the gift. I’m truly disappointed and hope the florist will review the quality and accuracy of their products.I did email and they basically said 'you've got what you paid for' it's a disgrace.
Ordered flowers on Friday for next day delivery and now Sunday night and still not delivered!!! Totally defeats the whole object of flower delivery for a special occasion. I will not be using company again. Don’t order from these lot of you want the flowers on a specific day and fresh!!
