Disappointing Experience with Flower Delivery

I ordered flowers for a birthday gift, but they were not delivered on the expected day. When I raised a complaint, I was informed that delivery cannot be guaranteed for a specific date and that Scotland, particularly Glasgow, is considered a remote area. If you're in Scotland or any area deemed remote by their terms and conditions, I recommend choosing a different florist to avoid disappointment for your loved ones and embarrassment for yourself.

I used Haute for the first time to send my sister and her fiancé a bunch of flowers and a card on the the announcement of their engagement on Christmas day and I ordered them in in-between Christmas and New Year I paid for next day delivery of £4.99 on top of the flowers which were £45 and a engagement card of £3.99 I believe anyway...They should have arrived with no problems but Royal mail didn't deliver at all, and so new year was upon us and they was delivered 3 days late. By the time my sister received them in the evening of the 3rd day they were wilting and unfortunately looked like they'd been stuck in a van for 3 days!
Anyway I got in touch with Haute and sent a photo and you could see two of main roses were floppy and so the impact and the longevity was cut short due to the transit conditions.
Anyway after some back and forth and me getting frustrated as they wanted more pictures that wasn't appropriate to ask for they offered £15 pounds credit which wasn't beneficial and defeats the point of sending fresh flowers I said forget it.

It’s wasnt their fault in the respect of Royal mail failing to deliver on time but it was disappointing and embarrassing on my part. Anyway they kindly came back and said they would send another bunch to my sister and I accepted that offer. I am expecting my sister and her partner to get a lovely fresh bunch on Wednesday and hopefully Royal mail actually deliver them on time as they were paid to do the first time around. So thank you Haute for resolving the matter as my sister means the world to me and a bunch of flowers are definitely a gift worth giving on their special announcement. As flowers go and the presentation on the photos on the website they do stand out a lot!

The service was extremely disappointing.

The service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and attempted to change the delivery address ahead of time due to an error, but I received no assistance. I ended up sending an Uber to collect the bouquet and deliver it across the city. It was frustrating, and their support was unhelpful. I cannot recommend them.

Do not recommend...

I specifically ordered for next-day delivery, but they arrived two days later. I received a feedback email from the company and expressed my disappointment about the flowers a week later, along with photos. Their response was that I should have raised my concern within the first three days! I paid £60 for a large bouquet, and I can't imagine what the smaller ones look like. I won't use them again; not worth the money or quality.

The service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and tried to change the delivery address in advance due to an error, but they provided no solution. I had to send someone to pick up the bouquet and deliver it across the city. A letdown, and they were unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I would steer clear of this company

I would steer clear of this company. They advertise next-day delivery, which turned out to be false. I ordered flowers for a special birthday, and they arrived the next day instead, which was very disappointing. When I reached out, their apologies felt empty. Customer service was lacking. They promised next-day delivery but failed to deliver on that promise. AVOID.

Failed to deliver for a special occasion

They failed to deliver for my mother's birthday. Their named delivery dates are more like suggestions. They offered me a £4 credit for a £50 order, which still hasn't arrived. Terrible customer service. Don't rely on them for gifting flowers.

Poor service - significant delay

I ordered a bouquet online for delivery to a remote location. The website never indicated they couldn't meet the delivery date. The flowers took four days to arrive, two days later than promised. I communicated with a representative who apologized for the delay, but there was no acknowledgment of the flowers being four days old upon arrival. My daughter confirmed they were in acceptable condition, but not what I paid for. I won't order from them again.
