Review Time
My wife recently had some flowers delivered from Haute. Upon receipt a couple looked a bit worse for wear but we thought they might perk up, which they did a bit. After 1 week the entire bunch was fit for the bin. I contacted Haute customer service only to be told they expect flowers to last 1 to 2 weeks, however complaints must be raised within 3 days and that as we were past 3 days there was nothing they could do other than to offer a £10 voucher, which entraps you into spending more money with Haute, essentially rewarding them for their own poor product in the first place.My recommendation is, whenever possible, buy from a supermarket, you get to pick decent quality at a fair price and with a better guarantee, failing that choose an online florist other than Haute!
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a relatively expensive bouquet and message card to go to a close friend who had lost her mother. The flowers arrived without the message card. I was told the recipient must search the packaging; then that they could send the message belatedly - not something you want to bother someone with they have just lost a parent. Was offered a £5 voucher to make up for their error. When I pointed out I would not be using their service again they confirmed that was the best they can do. I paid for a service I really didn't get. Now wondering how good the actual flowers were. I would steer clear of using this company, which claims to be local when Googled and is anything but. Very disappointing service
