Beautiful, fresh, well arranged flowers; which brought my grieving mother much comfort, in our family's sudden loss. They were delivered the next day, as promised, after the weekend. Well packaged, bouquet as shown online, and with a lovely Autumnal touch, with the sheaves of wheat. I would certainly order again. Thank you, Haute 🌾
Flowers were delivered as a gift,half dead the rest didnt last 3 daysReally dissapointed,but more to the point,wasnt offered a refund,as i was out of their timescale for reporting,i was away with no means of communicationBad service,lesson learnt,i will use another company moving forward
My diughter ordered flowers for my 97 year old Mum....never arrived and we spent time chasing....eventually they did admit they never even sent them ...no apology....did get a refund but had to chase otherwise they would just have taken our money....DO NOT BUY......use a professional company like Bloom and Wild or Freddies.....they have brilliant customer service
