Received a bouquet from a friend

Received a bouquet from a friend - huge box large amount of fancy packaging. Lovely bouquet inside on first appearance though small compared to the box.When flowers removed .. not well prepped , lower leaves and thorns still present . After one day all the roses in bud were drooping and turning brown some of the other flowers also poor on arrival . After two days sure the roses were rotting and not going to open so contacted customer services abd received no response. Day 4 contacted customer services with another complaint and sent photos.Was told was after three days and no ‘ Birds Eye photo ( over several emails! ) therefore unable to help.Argued the earlier ignored contact day 2 and was told still no as no Birds Eye picture ( I hadn’t taken one!) I therefore threatened photos with poor reviews on feedback sites such as Trust pilot and was promptly told a replacement would arrive the next day! This was a huge battle with customer services and I feel that the customer service is very poor. Jump to next flower delivery.. arrived , looked nice .. after one day roses drooping not opening. Very poor quality flowers, they have not opened again and are finished after two days. Do not buy from this company , the flower storage poor and the customer service awful! They are twice the price of other online companies but less than half as good .

I ordered the “Florist’s Choice”…

I ordered the “Florist’s Choice” bouquet as part of my wife’s 40th birthday. While the number of stems matched the website description, the bouquet itself was extremely sparse and nothing like the full, abundant display shown in the photo. The result was disappointing and, frankly, embarrassing as a gift. My wife’s reaction summed it up: “It would have been better had you not bothered and we spent the money on something else; the flowers just looked like you didn’t care.” For £39.50 (reduced from £50), I expected much more.
