I bought my moms birthday flowers and upgrade to the large bunch of florist choice the samples showed were classic and beautiful the flowers that arrived were no more than petrol station choice cheap and underwhelming the colours mismatched and definitely not a large bouquet when contacted and shown this was dismissed as well that’s florist choice! I will never recommend or use again at £55 I could have spent £15 in the supermarkets/ petrol station to receive them so upset with my mother’s birthday flowers I do not recommend at all ! I wish I could post a picture to show how awful they were and dead with in 6 days !
I ordered the largest bucket of lilies and even paid extra for a specific delivery time - £54.50 wasted!The flowers NEVER showed up.This has been the most infuriating and unprofessional service I’ve ever dealt with. I was basically told there was nothing they could do, despite Royal Mail claiming they “attempted delivery.” The recipient was home all day - no one knocked, no delivery was attempted.This feels like an outright scam. I am furious and will never buy from this company again.Absolutely disgraceful.
I ordered a large ‘luxury florist choice’ bouquet this week on the basis of endorsements by Vogue, Good Housekeeping to name a few, and was very disappointed with the result which consisted mostly of chrysanthemums, a couple of roses and a large ornamental cabbage!Could have got better at a garage!When I contacted them, they said that they thought the quality was good… Won’t be using them again!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 'next day' flowers for a friend's birthday who is also suffering from awful cancer treatment and two days later they hadn't arrived - when I tracked they are still with Royal Mail. They are offering only a refund on the delivery IF it is more than 3 days late, and now I see from negative reviews that when they arrive late the flowers are usually dead and they don't offer any resolution. The online chat claims that it is clearly stated they cant guarantee next day delivery and are saying Northern Ireland is a remote area! UPON LOOKING AT THE T AND C's - NO NORTHERN IRELAND IS NOT MENTIONED! I ordered from Dublin, to Ballycastle, Co Antrim, a big town, still on the mainland of Ireland! A search of flowers Ballycastle brought them up and it looked like they were a local business. It should say when you order that it is not guaranteed if they are using Royal Mail not delivering themselves. Fuming,
