My phone wont recognise the bracelet

My phone wont recognise the bracelet, and as such the data does not get transferred from the bracelet to the phone app.I have emailed the company to get a return ticket issued within the required timeline, but like others I have received an automated message, no other communication has been received from the company.I wish I had read these reviews prior to buying the setup, I have uninstalled the app, re-installed the app, and its still the same, and I'm not buying a new phone, as there's nothing wrong with my one.SO buyer beware, its not all as good as it seems to be!Ticket number is 106228.

Well thought out and useful for those managing blood pressure

I have found this product useful in monitoring my blood presssure. The daily/weekly averages allows me to understand where my BP is at very well. Why 4 stars? It needs to integrate into Apple health and other general fitness products. Also the band needs to come in a couple of different styles

Bracelet no longer charges after just 3 months. Support have failed to reply to all requests for help. Please show Trustpilot that you 'can' respond to your Customers by contacting me.Order No: #03-37441Justine FerrariAktiia response here is to ask for my support ticket number but they DO NOT ISSUE A SUPPORT TICKET NUMBER with the automatic email reply. I have given them my name, email, order number and date of contact but they still are unable to respond.

it is a pity that your device is not waterproof.Also often the device does not give any measurements plotted in the overview although the measurements are taken as can be seen in the chart

Faulty product and no contact from support

I was looking forward to using my new Aktiia bracelet, but when it arrived it was faulty. It doesn't hold a charge and won't record any measurements apart from in the first few minutes after charging.I understand that a faulty product can slip through, but I contacted support a week ago and haven't heard anything since. I tried email again to follow up and have tried to contact on Twitter/X, but still nothing.This could be a great product, but I would need a working example to find out. At the moment I have a £200 paperweight.
