Let down

I was very impressed with getting signed up for a prescription and receiving a prescription initially. I am now waiting two weeks to receive my prescription refill and have contacted hims several times without receiving a satisfactory answer as to when it will be refilled. I understand this is on the pharmacy side, but this is still very frustrating.

Genuinely surprised

The hims topical product has delivered some surprising results. I had been using Minoxidil on my scalp and taking Finasteride orally for 10 years and seem to have reached a plateau on results. Since switching to the Hims topical product and notice results after 6 weeks and it has kept getting better going on 6 months now.
