They refuse to cancel my subscription…

They refuse to cancel my subscription and issue a refund, claiming that as soon as an order starts to process there is nothing they can do. The order isn’t set to ship until days from now which makes no sense.

You need to give it time to work. I’ve experienced some constipation due to the lack of carbs. During Thanksgiving dinner, I had to pace myself. So far, I’ve lost a total of 21 pounds since September 1. Good luck! The first step is always the hardest. Just take it day by day.

Too sales oriented

Well the product seems to be working. I’ve lost 16 pounds in 8 weeks but you seem more interested in selling me stuff than following up with medical care.

Fraudulent Renewal

On November 10, 2025, I contacted Hims to cancel my hair loss treatment subscription and made it clear I did not intend to continue with their service. After that, I obtained a prescription for the same medication from my own doctor, further confirming I did not plan to keep using Hims. Despite this, Hims later processed another renewal for approximately $195 and shipped another order that I did not consent to. I did not authorize this renewal. When I tried to address it with the company, they refused to cancel and refund the charge. I will be refusing delivery of the package and have already opened a dispute with my bank. I feel this is an unfair and unauthorized charge after I clearly communicated my intent to cancel. I do have a family lawyer and have intention to file a suit in small claims court for Marion county. I will also have my girlfriend warn everyone of her 100k followers on Instagram to also report this company for fraud.

The product is fine, the healthcare is terrible

The product is fine, but their providers (mostly NPs) dont appear to know much, and you almost never get messaged by the same one twice. It feels like they arent listening to any questions, and are just trying to stay on script. Overall, the experience did not feel at all like health care. Even though the large capacity of hims helped me feel like quality control on the medicine would be better, the quality of care has convinced me to switch to a local doctor working with a different compounding pharmacy.
