Worst service ever

Worst service ever. You pay for the products online but never get a delivery. I sent 4 emails and called more than 5 times. I get the same response: we will check with the delivery team and call you back. No one calls back and i still didnt get my delivery it has been 10 days now.

Pick up of old sofas

Pick up of old sofas. Date of pick given 27th Jan. Spoke to customer service. Now I have been told to wait upto 30th Jan . I have already got the delivery of the new sofas. With 4 sofas there is no place to move in my living room.i wonder if these old sofas will even be picked or I will be given a new date to wait for the pick up

Be very careful when you are buying…

Be very careful when you are buying furniture from Homecenter! I bought a bed worth Rs 1Lakh. At the time of selling they tell, maintenance will be provided lifetime with extra charges while later they are not even ready to provide any service. Don't buy any furniture from them. They are fooling people.

Service delivery is the worst

Service delivery is the worst. They overbooked delivery schedule and did not come on the first appointed time. After several follow-ups, another time is promised and no delivery came. How rude to assume that the client had all the time in the world to wait for them! Too bad as their products quality gives good value for money. Just make sure you schedule a full day at home to wait for them when you buy a product that requires delivery!

Very careless service

Very careless service. Ordered a king size bed online and they delivered the wrong dimensions of the bed’s parts. When I raised a ticket, they told me they would send the replacement parts after 10 days. What’s the point of scheduling an order on a particular date when they are so negligent? Now I have to deal with this hassle. Never trust their promised delivery dates and they send the wrong parts if you order a bed from here.

Dealing with Homecentre is a nightmare. I have received several promises that my table would be delivered. It’s all lies and excuses. AVOID falling into their trap. It’s a part-time job dealing with my order. SHAME on them.

Can you explain why the Home centre is worst company to purchase from

Can you explain why the Home centre is making a fool out of their customers? Since 24 September 2022, my consignment has been out for delivery but has still not been delivered. Even a Customer care executive provides false intimations about the status of delivery.

always very worst experience from landmark group stores. few months back i ordered a shirt from centerpoint and got the wrong product. their customer service is soooo disappointing which make my temper high everytime i contact them because they are like parrots. they cannot solve the issues only they tell the same things repeatedly which will very different from whats the issue. i fed up with team of homecenter also. i bought a dinner set online by click n collect and when i got in my hand it was another product. the same things goes with what i experienced from centerpoint here also.

I had Worst experience with homecentre

I had Worst experience with homecentre. Would not recommend them to anyone. It's complete waste of your money. They deliver wrong product and when asked for exchange or return they don't accept it. I have been following up with them from past 18 days yet no resolution. Everytime they say product once delivered cannot be returned according to their policy. What should I be doing with the wrong product. I ordered bed with 150*203 dimensions and they delivered 180*210 which is mistake from their side. Their app was incorrect. When asked for exchange for the correct dimensions i ordered, they are not responding. It is just lying in the bedroom from 20days and my senior parents for whom I bought this are sleeping in living room on floor from 20days. I did a mistake buying bed for them from homecentre. They were atleast sleeping peacefully earlier on their old bed which we had given it to others. Because of these guys they are suffering with back pain and knee pain. Home centre is a beggar i can say. They just want money from customers and does not provide good service. And doesn't bother pain of customers. I have to spend 1 hour daily calling customer care. It's like mental torture. They harass you mentally. If you want to harrasment, mental torture and no peace in life just buy some product here you will get all those for free.
