I ordered two plastic trees from Home…

I ordered two plastic trees from Home Centre City Centre Bahrain , They delivered one and the second one was never delivered . I went in person to the customer service, where they confirmed that it was delivered!!! and after a while they discovered that it was delivered to a different Address !!! without notifying me!!! They promised to deliver it the next day and never got delivered . Customer service is so bad that they are not honest and they do not answer the phone either !!

Insect infestation in delivered sofa and in store!

Bought a sofa sets from Home Centre Abu Dhabi (Yas Mall and Dalma Mall). Was delivered and put in the apartment. At first sight, all looked ok, but within a few minutes I started noticing black spot discolouration along the side of all the sofa set. Closer examination was clear that there was pieces of dead cockroaches that had been crushed along the sofa. We took pictures and showed it to them on their WhatsApp. They acknowledged the problem and said someone would be in contact straight away. After many calls and even going into Yas Mall centre and seeing the duty manager, no one sorted the issue! In fact we showed the manager that there was even a cockroach infestation in a product in the store! He removed the product (a wooden washing bag) and confirmed that there was clearly a problem. They still haven’t resolved the issue and now say that it will take a few days to get back to us! I am so disappointed but having seen all the poor reviews, I don’t think it will ever get it resolved! I wish I had seen the reviews before going to their store!

Thank you Eptihad from customer support team. She did an excellent job getting an approval from the management team to provide me refund of a product that i purchased and was not happy about the quality .She very attentive and fast and took care of my request .

Worst experience I ever had

Worst experience I ever had. I ordered about 10 items, the delivery was 24h, 3-4 items were delivered and for the rest I kept calling them every day for a week. I just got lies and excuses: the courier couldn’t find you (the previous one did with no issues), the cup you ordered got broken in transit (the cup was METAL, who are you kidding), the order is out for delivery (x7 every day I got this response)… and I still don’t have my items. So for the items and delivery I payed for I’m chasing them. I keep getting same response ‘we will escalate this and get back to you’ and I never got a call ever from them well guess what, I can escalate this somewhere else and it’s not gonna look good! Terrible experience!

Bad decision of stoping services for out of warranty products

I contacted home center call service to get a new frame for my hydraulic bed and surprise to know that they stopped providing services for out of warranty products. The worst thing is that the frame is not available for me in the market and can only available in home centre ware houses. Due this irrelevant decision the 75k rupees bed is not usefull . Very bad

Dirty, used Crockery being offloaded on me.

I had ordered online these really expensive dinner plates costing Rs 700 per plate. The plates came packed nicely but were old, dirty and full of grime. The golden line on the plates were faded as if someone had used the plate. There was this dark brown sticky grime on the plates. It seemed that the people there were just offloading this crockery as it could not be sold in the shops as fresh piece. Very very disappointed with the product and the services. They have not responded to the mail I have sent, as if they don't care.

Please do not but anything from store

Please do not but anything from store, 2 chairs that were damage out of box. I was told at time of pick up the box should had been open, and all items should had been inspect for damage. Unbelievable 6 chairs and table. They told me nothing could be done, and they should been ones to put it together. Sponge stick out of back of 1 chair, scratch on another. Be caution

Worst experience ever.

Below is a feedback that is raised by a customer that is not acted up upon neither taken seriously. Very terrible services and I highly advise people to not think about buying furniture from home center due to this dreadful experience I have had with them.——————-——————-——————-——————-Good morning,I have an expected delivery yesterday 13th June 2022 that contains bedroom furniture (bed, nightstands etc..) I received a call at 1301 LT yesterday regarding my delivery from the driver himself informing me that he is out for delivery and there is one missing item which is the headboard. As a driver he is definitely not held responsible for this but I had to further investigate on this missing item. Absolutely no call or message was passed regarding this issue and this is definitely unacceptable. I was depending on this delivery today and I had my schedule done depending on it as mentioned in the delivery details. Higher management should contact and even mention the reasons on why the item is missing. Under no circumstances will I be receiving the order with a missing item. Issues from the factory should be immediately solved and not kept pending. We pay large amounts when it comes to furniture to live in a comfortable environment and home center should respect that and treat customers with respect and update them on deliveries. Once again this issue has to be resolved today if not I shall be compensated.Regards,Mr. Abdelaziz Humaid AlsuwaidiContact: 0502193111UPDATE: I just received a call from delivery representative “Suroot” which also called in a very unprofessional manner stating that my delivery will be held for 3-5 working days and also informed me that we tried contacting you. Information on the contact was I received a 1 time missed call on Saturday and I do have proof that it lasted for approximately 15 seconds ringing. As I called back the representative did not mention anything about the missing headboard and even today I called and representative “Joe” stated the same that all information is correct and order will be delivered today. This is a major issue and will be waiting for you immediate response.ANOTHER UPDATE: I called once again representative Caroline answered with again no valid response. She even stated in a way that if I am not satisfied I should go for the cancellation policy and cancel my order she even mentioned the other items on the receipt (night stands, drawer and center bed) once again what a shame! This is what a customer that pays large amounts of money gets treated when facing an issue from the company itself. I have no spot to be in this place I just want my order to be delivered today. All I got is rude attitudes and no valid response. UPDATE: It is now day number 2 and still have not got any response. Truly disappointed and I will be sure that this concern will be raised to all concerned departments and I will make sure that the community are aware of such terrible customer service. People do not deserve to be treated in the way I have been treated. It clearly says " we will reply as fast as we can " but still after raising 3 feedbacks no response till date. Absolutely not recommend to arrange…

Absolutely not recommend to arrange delivery with this company. Waited 4 hours (the time slot what I picked) and last minute was informed that delivery can’t be made on time and was moved to next slot which is another 4 hours of waiting. 100% of disrespect

I don't recommend anyone to deal with…

I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. They are not professional with customers. They are pargering to give my money back after canceling an order before I receive it. One time they said that they didn't have cash to pay 2099 SAR, second time they said they had a robbery and run out of money.
