Untrustworthy, Unprofessional and Bad quality

I purchased bedroom set from Home Center Abu Dhabi. Bed frame has broken in 7 months time. Item were under warranty. I raise compalin with customer service. Someone from quality department visited my home for inspection. Since then no response. I called back, they saiid they cant do anything about this, you can get repaired from outside.I ask them escalate my complain. They told me our Manager will call back. Since then no responce. I have to throw my entire bedroom set now. NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM HOME CENTER. THEY JUST LIE ABOUT THE WARRANTY.

Helpful after care service

We have purchase couple of furniture items from them for our rented property. One of the items broke a year on, Home Center Dubai was very helpful in fixing it. They came to fix it within couple of days of reporting the issue. Well impressed. Thank you

The absolute worst

The absolute worst All the negative comments you read about them are completely justified. I have not received my shipment for 3 weeks now and their courier keeps delivering at the wrong address. Very unprofessional and they stopped responding to my mails. I will never use then again.Like seriously, 90% score negative, how are you still in business?

Worst experience from Saudi Arabia - Home centre

Extremely worst experience from Saudi Arabia. Never bother to see if their product delivered is up to the mark. I got a Rover Smart Desk, the smart desk machine (which helps machine to move up & down) at first received in damaged condition . After couple of follow ups the replaced but the problem came back again. The machine stopped working. and now followed them for 2 months but they rejected saying this is a replaced product and they can not do anything. What dooo you meaaan ? You(Homecentre.KSA) are delivering cheap quality stuff and expect from people to take again ??? Sent them emails with supporting videos , twitter messages but never ever bothered to have some good customer care.

Do not trust their delivery promise

Do not deliver as per slot given on website when you book and payWhen you follow up (when they eventually answer the phone) they given a long away date and then say its AED 250 if you want faster. Shocking is all i can say.

Poor service after sales

In the customer service, they are nice people to talk with but there was no action and follow up from the service side, my table fell down, I called and called many times but there was zero response. The quality of the products are extremely poor.

They charge premium for mediocre…

They charge premium for mediocre service, they don't have online exchange policy, products are delivered unassembled, they don't assemble, the don't provide help or solution, and charge aed 100 for 'large' item delivery.Definitely not buying from them ever again!

The sad story of a bunk bed

We r working parents (doctors ). We had ordered a bunk bed for kids from home center Sohar to surprise our children . They informed us that it will be delivered between 2 pm to 6 pm we took off from work and waited for the same but no intimation from home centre . Tried reaching the customer care and was of no use as it’s always busy and hardly anyone answers . Then We went to work at 6 pm at 7.30 we recieve a call telling where shud we deliver we requested them that we at at work and shall reach by 9; but that was refused by them and they told we will call u tomorrow . And we were promised after a lot of request from us to deliver on Tuesday that is today . And we sat waiting here and no message from their side . Again we started trying the local store and customer care numbers for several times finally we got customer care and they found out and told it’s not today they cannot deliver it today may be a later date . This is such a unprofessional behavior from their side and now my kids have lost hope of having their bunk bed . Very careless behavior after taking money from us . Not at all satisfied and will never order from home center ever again .

KFC Cartoon

I bought a reciner for AED7K when I flipped it over because the arm filling damaged, I discovered that the manufacturer in China used KFC and similar recycled cartoon as inside support. Imagine to pay such amount For such quality, I called the customer service but the strange is the simple reaction and its new to them such claim, they will send the photos I shared with rhem to the quality department, but what I will get from such complain and from the money I paid for a product used cartoon inside instead of wood.I don't recommend such store to anyone unless they agree to inspect from inside not only color and fabric.
