Never again. They managed to deliver most of the goods. Not one thing was assembled, although paid for. Zero communication from "customer services", a misnomer if ever there was one. No communication on how to return one particularly poor item. If this were the last shop on earth I would not visit it again.

Terrible Quality & Service – Do Not Buy!I regret ever purchasing this dining table. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The table had issues from the start, and despite sending it for repairs TWICE, the same problems kept coming back. Clearly, they have no quality control or proper repair service.To make matters worse, during the last delivery, the team broke the table themselves! Unbelievable incompetence. Instead of resolving the issue, they made it worse. Now I’m left with a broken, unusable table and a huge headache.If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from this company and their awful products. They do not stand by their work, and their service is beyond disappointing.

The service is a complete joke

The service is a complete joke! My order was supposed to arrive on 1st Feb - it's been 6 days now and no one knows why it didn't arrive or when it is arriving. I've been calling their customer service every day, multiple times a day - they keep giving me false information and assuring me the delivery is scheduled and will arrive by the end of the day. Whenever I request a contact number for the delivery company they say they don't have one, whenever I request to talk to a manager they say no one is available and they will give me a call back in 2 hours which never happens. One of the customer service representatives was super rude and told me directly he will do nothing about the inconvenience they've caused me... absolutely ridiculous!

Zero Stars for Home Center

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was promised delivery on Monday between 10 AM and 7 PM, only to waste an entire day waiting. After calling customer service six times, I finally found out that my furniture never even left their location. Absolutely ridiculous! Home Center clearly has zero respect for its customers’ time. I will NEVER buy from them again, and whoever is responsible for this mess should be held accountable.

Got lot of furniture from Home Centre but not worth it. Leather sofa warranty of 2 years but started pealing off within 1 year 2 months. Bed are so delicate that head board broke while just moving while cleaning. Quality is very bad and disappointing.

The worst customer service and delivery company I have dealt with in my 14 years of living here. Issue after issue. Late delivery, not coming when scheduled, missing parts when finally arriving.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, I bought a washing machine tower, they changed the delivery three times, I had to cancel the order and until they got my money back I had to make the claim with the credit card so that was the only way they pay attention. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they don't have any item in stock, they sell from third party.
