I had a very bad experience twice, which means this is common on home center and that is what is read in the comments here too.I placed an order and set delivery for today from 10 to 2Pm. 1 PM still nothing, i called their call center,sir your delivery is scheduled three days later, ok, then who changed the delivery date, i still see it scheduled for today, their answer was always do you want sir to reschedule 😔, no i want you just to know who change it and why. I spare you with other details, but please just run away from them, ordered in same period from other competitors, they were in time. So thank you HomeCenter, but this is the last time i will biy from you.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I very rarely leave reviews but my experience has been so ridiculously awful, I feel compelled to warn people about this garbage company. Firstly the delivery windows don’t matter, paying extra for express means literally nothing. The delivery crew is not professional, leaving a mess, not completing assembly, asking for tips all throughout doing a shoddy job. They have delivered faulty goods on multiple occasions to me and I have spent 2 months on the phone going back and forth with them trying to get a refund for an item that was defective the day it arrived, and I complained about it the day it arrived. You spend 10minutes on a call with someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about who says they are waiting for a response from their own team on the status for a refund or return. I have spoken to a dozen people and every single one has been incompetent and useless. The quality of products is awful, I would warn against any big purchases, don’t order anything that isn’t a collect in store otherwise you will receive something that is damaged or been poorly wrapped and stuffed in a dirty truck for weeks.
I purchased a Faris 6-door wardrobe, which arrived with a damaged left side panel. After filing complaints, they replaced the panel. However, during installation, the delivery team damaged the right side panel due to the product's fragility. The wardrobe emits a potent chemical odor, which is harmful to my family. I've decided to replace it with a different model and have asked the customer care team for a discount, but my request was ignored.
I have bought planter from homecentre website. Received completely broken product. I have raised return request on website and also sent mail. After return pick up, no update on the website and now they are saying return pick up is not done. Worst website and worst customer service.
Pathetic service from Homecentre...I have received a dining table with 4 chairs on Sunday,4th Feb..the person who came for installation couldn't fix the chairs properly.. the screws were not fitted properly.. so for this we registered a complaint on Monday 5th feb . After that we received a message from the customer care that the installation person will come today 7th feb. But to my disappointment the person didnt turn out. So i again called the customer service to know the reason, but the female executive Meera was so rude n uninterested in talking by just giving lame excuses . This is totally unacceptable . I WARN people to not order or buy anything from Homecentre .. PATHETIC SERVICE & PATHETIC EXECUTIVES.

Initially, they claimed no record of my complaint, only to later acknowledge its existence. The confusion didn't end there; I was told Homecentre hadn't contacted me, and subsequently, they couldn’t do anything about my complaint. This contradictory information was not only perplexing but also indicative of a disorganized customer service system.Lack of Accountability and Resolution:When I attempted to escalate the matter by filing a complaint about the lack of communication, I was bluntly informed that no one would contact me, and any further inquiries would be met with the same response. I did online shopping from Home Centre. It's been two weeks and I haven't received the delivery or refund. I have been chasing customer service through emails and calls. They have the most dishonest and unprofessional team. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have not received any response from the Home Centre. The worst shopping experience I have had online
