Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Terrible experience. Had to take half day leave - lost compensation and did not receive an order I placed over a week ago. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HOME CENTRE again and regret placing this order. Waste of time!

Terrible Service – Avoid This Company

My furniture delivery was delayed by 8 days and turned into a complete nightmare. Scheduled for 3-7pm, the driver messaged at 4pm saying “coming now.” By 5:30pm, he was nowhere to be found and asked for another hour, even though the security gate closed at 6pm. No apology, no explanation.To top it off, they wanted to reschedule for another week. Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and unapologetic. Worst delivery experience ever.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, one week to deliver two beds, than each day new guys coming to assemble and all saying hardwares are missing, so three complaints and still they didn’t assemble the beds. They send their guys late and they do nothing.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! I bought a few items online and paid the express delivery fee. The delivery window was 9-3pm and they called me at 4.45 saying that they'll arrive in 15m. They arrived at 5.15 while the building would not allow furniture delivery. They just left the items to assemble them another day. I've been calling for 3 days now, mutiple times every day and each time they give me a different time window. It's been 3 days already and I'm still waiting

Baddest company ever!

Baddest company ever!! So you didn’t touch it or see it live with your eyes so you ordered online zo if it looks different from the picture and you want just only change because it looks different from the picture. They don’t return or change it waaauwwww they are very rude and the service is tooo bad. They lost now a custumber .

3 piece living room set

Bought a 3 piece living room set and it is terrible, the one I got rid of was more comfortable then the one I paid 5k for, and cushions do not set flush, fabric in several places is wrinkled...was told it will "all work its way out" almost a yr now and STILL WAITING for them to "work its way out"

I paid extra 250 for an express…

I paid extra 250 for an express delivery that is a joke after one week my items are still not delivered, their customer services is the worst and totally useless. You are lucky if you actually receive your items and receive a refund. No one replies, no one at the delivery company talks English or actually cares about the date and time that they give you. You can end up waiting a full week sitting and waiting for them without receiving your items. DONT SHOP ONLINE AT THIS STORE.

I had worst experience with home centre, first of all noone should buy any home centre products through online, first of all they are providing low quality goods and if we try to return the item they will not come to pick the same and try to extend till 14th day leaving us in trouble, worst worst experience ever,
