1-Star ReviewI had a disappointing experience with Home Center after purchasing a 2-piece 3-seater sofa set for AED 3,845.60. On delivery, one piece had a fabric cut and the sponge was out of place. They replaced the damaged fabric but dismissed the sponge issue, claiming it would settle in a week which never happened.Later, both sofas showed the same defect. They sent a quality inspector, but two days later I was told it’s “normal” and nothing would be done despite clear video evidence of the issues. Fixing a brand-new sofa is unacceptable.Due to their poor response and refusal to resolve the matter, I have escalated the issue to Consumer Rights at DET. Extremely disappointed with the quality and after-sales service. Not recommended.
Absolutely horrible product - extremely dangerous dining table got delivered on the evening of 9th May & we used it on the morning of 11th May. I ended up having a cut on my left foot (big tow) as the frame of the table has extremely sharper edges & my concern was the little kids as they could potentially get seriously injured including a head injury - I called the Home Center call center & the agent was quite helpful as he even sympathized with me. I was also able to share a picture of my foot via WhatsApp too. He promised me someone will get back to me within 24hrs which wasn’t the case & I had to chase them everyday without any luck as the call center would say they were waiting on a decision from another department whether they could accept the return of that dining table. Finally, this evening (14th May) at around 1845 I contacted their call center again & the useless lady informed me that the other department had rejected my complain/claim as according to them their product was completely safe & secured regardless of whatever happened to my foot as that was my own fault - also that she was just a middle lady passing the message on from another department & that I must now live with it. Imagine, what kind of Top Management Home Center has as not only they didn’t even consider to apologize to me or to enquire about my well being (let alone investigating & taking the table back) - while it was clear this product isn’t safe for home usage. Please stay away from these guys as they’re a clear scam - zero ethics and/or customer service skillsets only that typical mindset of quickly selling & that’s all. Will never buy from them again & will ensure nobody within my circle does either - will also report to DET while leaving this exact feedback along with the injury & receipt pictures on all feedback forums including Google
I Ben buying from them for almost 5 years last purchase was 2 weeks ago I bought side tables it was 750 I told them the tables has problem they are not stable I called 4 times they said sorry we can’t do anything we can’t exchange we can’t fix sorry so they lost me as costmer for 750 they lost someone buys a lot from them it’s there loss
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality department at Home Centre regarding a mattress I purchased some time ago. The mattress is still under warranty, but recently, the spring inside it got damaged. I reached out to your customer service for a replacement, and a quality control representative was sent to inspect the mattress.The inspection took no more than a couple of minutes, and I am unclear about the report submitted by the inspector. The following day, I was informed that my replacement request was rejected due to "tea stains" on the mattress. Frankly, I fail to understand how tea stains have any relevance to the spring damage, which is clearly a structural issue and falls under the warranty coverage.When I raised this concern with the representative, instead of receiving a professional response, she became dismissive and disrespectful. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Home Centre.
I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS.Worst Delivery experience from Home Centre. Ordered an article last night, delivered now but a broken article.Worst part; called helpline to get it replaced on priority - response "Sir as per policy only return is possible/ it will be done; in xyz days money will come, etc etc"..... NO, I want replacement article asap, why should I order again.... "Sir policy is like this and it will go like this, bla, bla"Pathetic, no sense of customer care and to support customers. Same behaviour you find on their stores as well.
After I did bye and Pay the new bed they on Saturday the 15th March they promissed to me to deliver by confirmation the bed on friday 21st of march at the time from 9am until 3 pm .This did not happen . After require After one week at the Store in MOE they promissed it will be deliver on Monday 24th from 9 am to 3 pm and they will Call me one Hour before .Now it is Monday 24th March 1 pm and no one did Call me ,This is treading customers like 1925 but not 2025
