I paid 1.2 lakhs on my table back in…

I paid 1.2 lakhs on my table back in August to one center in Hyderabad inorbit mall explaining I live abroad. They deliver us the product during October. We have been making the complaint since then that we have received the faulty goods. We had 3 people in total for inspection and 3 people cancelling the appointment due to no response but we recieved no contact. Out of the 2 people who can 2 people raised it as faulty and 1 person raised it as used and broken and the warehouse team and the staff and the inorbit mall along with the managers and staff have not only been rude but also very manipulative and making us chase here Nd there and also saying we will only replace the chairs when they know if a marble is at fault it is not any easy to move and dispose. When they are aware of the faults and the crack the it clearly that is clearly visible to all but this one inspector who came. I am really doubting the staff of the home centre and the company. I will certainly raise this issue with the consumer court and for blaming a customer ho has been complaining constantly regarding the issue and being told its customers misuse, it it a hard marble cannot be broken or checked just liked that if it's thought logically jus with few dishes even if used, it looks like the company is making me question if the sold us a duplicate marble and that that we don't live in India so it ok to sell and they would not realise. They want to exchange the chairs no prob but not the major product. It really looks like a laziness and paying a blame game. I'm asking if they cannot replace it the provide us with a full refund. I get told we will call we will look into this and no one calls till we chase, and they keep raising new issues and cases for the same problem. I'm fedup of these people we trusted them cause of our long term relationship and no one would like to have an old/ fake/ broken pieces of equipment in a newly built home. The issue has been going on since October and yet has not been resolved we spent lakhs of rupees to travel from UK to hyd and from guntur to Hyderabad requesting our relatives to come for the exchange and guess what they keep changing the date. Please message me if you need proves and please do not buy from this branch or company

Very poor quality

Very poor quality I bought dining chairs, the skin started to tear up after 3 months, and when I complained about that, they said that we cannot help you, despite I have one year warranty!!!!I advise all customer to think hundred times before you buy something from Home Center.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

Horrible customer service - don't reply to emails despite saying that they will respond within 24h. I tried calling multiple times within 5 days, wasn't able to get through despite waiting for a very long time. Once I even got disconnected by them before getting through to a real person.Once I finally got through I found out that I can not return or exchange the rug I ordered despite it being not used. I wanted to return or exchange because the quality was poor. I love Home Centre shops but this was the first time ordering online and I am very disappointed.How can you sell poor quality items to people, attach misleading photos on website and not accept returns. This is such a non-ethical practice. So advice for anyone reading this - don't order online from this shop. Go to the store and see if you like the quality first.

The worst ever

The worst costumer service ever. The call center was literally shouting at me just because I was asking for earlier delivery! And the delivery people are so rude. He hanged up on me many times and when I asked them to wear masks they were not happy. They left with a mess and leaving nails behind that I kept stepping on and hurting. They left leaving the villa door and gate door wide open and had to bring an insect control company because of the amount of mosquitos and other insects that got in. The drawers they installed are hard to open and close. The worst! Don’t ever deal with them.

Horrible experience

Once you pay, your nightmare will start, very very bad delivery not on time, plus they have attitude, not cooperative, the other worse side is the customer service, no one answer your calls or solving your issue to deal with the delivery unprofessional staff. Home centre management has to look at this horrible department. Horrible Horrible.

By far the worst service ever

By far the worst service ever. AVOID at all cost. They are liars, their words, email confirmations, whatsapp messages have no meaning. After waiting a delivery for 2 weeks, they still failed to deliver despite their delivery manager, customer service agents, customer service manager and driver making FAKE PROMISES to deliver a simple SOFA. They also refused to refused to cancel the order and refund the money and they continue to behave like the mafia. God will judge you on the day of judgement for the agreements you have broken.Do not ever trust Home Center.
