This afternoon l popped into TJ Hughes in Telford. My car key wouldn’t turn in the ignition to start the engine. I was seen by a lady name Jayne who was working on the service department desk. She came out and looked at what l was doing, took both keys came back with WD40 and sprayed the keys and the ignition. I couldn’t believe the black stuff that came out she did this a few times, then the key worked fine. Jayne you are amazing. Thank you so much for your help. Jayne you are an asset to Honda.
Really unhappy with Honda UK.I have just purchased the new Honda Africa Twin CRF1100-L Adventure Sport DCT ES. There is a small issue with the geometry of the bike, it corners differently when turning left and right. On checking by lifting my hands from the steering at 50 + MPH the bike veers to the right. tried it on different roads and it always does the same thing. I had it checked at the dealership and they said everything checks out, it does lean to the right slightly (their words not mine). not being happy with that i was told to contact customer services, their response was that the dealership had checked the bike and that they could not help me further. I just paid £20K for a new bike that clearly has an issue with the geometry and Honda are basically saying, that's within the tolerances of their manufacture. My previous 2017 Africa twin had none of these issues so didn't expect that when buying a new one.... I will certainly not feel comfortable recommending Honda to anyone.
Do not buy a car from this bunch of charlatans. My wife ordered a HRV Elegance on Motorbility from Southport Honda on 20th February. Deposit was paid and delivery date given was June. Wife called them on Tuesday 28th May to ask for a delivery update only to be told that Honda no longer make the elegance and Honda will not be supplying her car. We are fuming. To be let down and discriminated against by a blue chip company is appalling. Would love to know if this has happened to anyone else. Only thing Southport Honda are good for is apologies, however the manager never once called back when told he would, is not empathetic and just a coward, leaving his underlings to give the bad news. 💩💩💩 company.
Thank goodness Honda seen to be pulling out of garden machinery. I bought a brand new ride on lawn mower that doesn't collect the grass forcing you to manually purge the collection system every 2 minutes. A "grass collector" that doesn't fit and engine that runs on one cylinder despite 3 new genuine carbs and countless visits to the dealer. The small izy is the same with a non effective propulsion system and constant mechanical failures despite meticulous care. Similar experience with an outboard I bought recently too. Raised the build quality issues with Honda UK and referred back to dealer? I grew up on wonderful Honda motorcycles. Soirchiro Honda must be turning in his grave. Shame on you Honda. Why are you building this rubbish in his name.
After 2.5 years of owning a new Honda HR-V Advance Style purchased from Wimbledon Park Honda, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. Despite initially being excited about the vehicle, the quality and customer service have been far below expectations.First, I was mis-sold insurances worth over £1,000. The salesperson made me believe these were official Honda insurances and assured me of an easy claims process. However, when I attempted to make a claim, I discovered that this was not the case, and the insurances were essentially useless. I was misled about the coverage and the process, resulting in a significant financial loss and frustration.Additionally, the quality of the HR-V Advance Style has been disappointing. Within a short period, the leather on the driver's seat started to crack, as shown in the attached photo. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, my claim was rejected. Honda insists that the damage is not a manufacturing defect and that the seat has been ripped. However, even an untrained eye can see that there are no marks indicating the seat was ripped—it clearly shows poor leather quality.Overall, my experience with Wimbledon Park Honda has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality and service from a brand like Honda. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Wimbledon Park Honda to others and will reconsider my future with the Honda brand.

Do not use CARDIFF HONDA major service £800 , car came out of there garage with my carbon heat shield broken battery terminal caps missing phoned Cardiff Honda they did not want to know . my car is Honda civic type r GT (show car) my pride and joy which is why i went there never again its like a back street garage enough said you all be warned .
