Review Time
After waiting one week for my products, I did not get a tracking number and they said they don't have any record of my order. Meanwhile they charged me one week ago for the order. I reached out to them. no phone number, just email. Buyer beware, you will only get hurt.
I ordered perfume from this merchant. I waited for the alloted time before reaching out and inquiring about my items and tracking number. At which time I received an automated email stating they couldn't find my purchase history and required further information. I provided the information and never heard back from the merchant. I found how to track/find my order via their website and low and behold amazingly it showed I had placed an order. Unfortunately, that's all the information provided no tracking information. I forwarded all screenshots from their website, my emails, my bank and all follow up generic emails stating my item would be shipped shortly to their customer service department. I never received any follow up, just an additional generic email requesting the same information as before. I have to say this is the most fraudulent online company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I doubt they even have a true customer service department waiting to actually assist you with concerns and issues. I will never order from them again and will not be purchasing from this line at any sephora stores moving forward. This company is worth millions if not billions and they can't take care of their orders/shipping/ customer service. I have filled a dispute with my credit card company and will be following in that direction since this company is nothing but a horrible scam unless you're shopping at sephora/sephora.com since they're at least made accountable through them.
I sent a message on the site on 29 May 2025 enquiring about expiry date of a product. I received a reply immediately saying they will get back to me. Till today, no one has replied me even after 3 more emails sent to that email.What is the customer service doing???
huda Beauty is expensive brand, and use cheap packaging. I own few diffent product, and most of them have been wasted one way or another without of the use . On 2 occasions I bought dual life liner, and and snaped off from one side after first use while I was away on holiday. I bought second one giving it benefit of doubt, this time it snapped off again after second use. My second complain is colour corrector. I v bought this Every time I pick it up it all over on side of bottle. Iv seen lots of people complaining on tik tok, that packing is poor, and it leaks out for every one, unless you keep bottle straight, which is impossible when you traveling. Huda are you not aware of customer's complaints about leakage and product snapping off even before it s used, or do you think public is dum and will carry on using your product. its not clever to make good product, it got to be long lasting without wasting it. I will not be buying Huda product any more, unless somthing is done.I would really like to have my money back or some compensation, for ruining my other make up with corector leaking out of container.
I had an issue with delivery (not Huda Beautys fault). I got a really great customer service rep called Reece who was amazing and got everything sorted straight away. I can see other reviews saying they had bad customer service but this was my first and only interaction with this site and it was a great experience, maybe I got lucky but I cannot fault them.
Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, No ResponseI placed an order with Huda Beauty (Order #AE02961573) and was later informed that they were unable to deliver it due to logistics issues. I requested a cancellation and refund, but it’s been over two weeks and I have received no response from their customer service despite multiple follow-up emails.It’s very frustrating to be ignored after paying for a product I never received. I expected much better service from such a well-known brand. I’m now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge.Until they improve their communication and customer care, I do not recommend ordering directly from their website.
I have purchased 2x 100ml Yum Boujee Perfumes, yet I only received one of them, and the second item was a random 50ml vanilla 28 perfume. I have contacted customer care multiple times trying to see if I can return the incorrectly sent item in exchange for the one that I actually purchased!! But have received absolutely nothing so far. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long, but after this experience I no longer trust purchasing from this brand and its lack of customer service if this is how they ghost customers. I just want to receive what I paid for.
