Would give 0 but won't let me , ordered on here for a birthday present for my friend, stated 2 for 4 days for delivery after 4 buisness days and 6 normal days it's still processing. (False advertisng) Contacted them got an ai reply back , no number , worst company , I will never be shopping here again and iv told all my friends and followers to and done a youtube review of my experience.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of Huda Beauty. My package got lost and after multiple attempts to contact customer service, I unfortunately did not receive a useful solution. Instead of an honest and constructive response, I only get vague excuses without any concrete steps to solve the problem. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously at all. I have been waiting for a solution for weeks now and still no clarity on when or how this will be resolved. As a customer, I expect a quick and reliable solution, especially from a brand that promises so much. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can only say that my trust is completely gone. I advise everyone not to order from here, as the customer service completely lets you down in case of problems.
Going back and fourth with customer service, having to send footage, videos of broken products being sent to customers. It’s honestly pathetic and I know never to purchase from them again. Kayali and Huda Beauty just a bunch of scammers.

Ordered a brow pencil online (amongst other things) but was faulty and wouldn't work properly. Even though I had an online receipt and proof of purchase, they refused to help me because I no longer had the packaging.Under the UK trades good act, packaging is not a requirement as long as you have proof of purchase and as they sold me a faulty item they are law bound to rectify it which they never did. It wasn't like I reported it months later, it was less than 7 days after I had received it and yes I threw the packaging away because never before in all my years of shopping have I ever needed packaging if I have had proof of purchase.I am or was a loyal customer but will now be taking my business elsewhere.
