I placed two orders recently, both arrived the same day. 1st in impeccable condition, with a personalized note, very cute. 2nd one said it was delivered, however, I didnt find it. I contacted customer service and they quickly found out the mistake, it turned out I put the wrong house number. I went to my neighbor's house and the package was there. Well done!
Please Hudabeauty stop taking out money out of my account under specially store of the amount 23.14 this is the second transaction I’ve had to dispute stop conducting fraudulent practices. Horrible company !!! The 23.14 is pending on my bank statement as of today sTOP already disgusting 🤢
** update, shortly after my review I finally received news that they would send me a replacement as a gesture - I was asked to send details which I did but radio silence since! Do not buy or trust this brand who completely disrespects it's customers**I bought the Icy Nude palette in January, and last month, I noticed mould/rust inside and underneath the casing. Thankfully, I had my receipt and emailed customer service with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue. They initially said they’d review it but have since ignored me.I'm extremely disappointed—especially since I loved using the product—but the apparent mould growth is unacceptable. It seems the brand doesn’t care. Please check your products! I simply wanted a replacement, but since this poses a health risk and is being ignored, I’m now seeking legal advice. Be cautious before buying this brand, they spend a lot on marketing but seemingly don't care about the customer experience
Recently ordered from Huda beauty for the first time, Ordered late night on 6th of March, Received order of the 12th of March. So I received within the time frame stated by the company. Yodel was the delivery company. Upon opening my box I was happy to find the contents nicely wrapped in a lovely black paper and the other 4 boxes with the company packaging were immaculate. The packaging these products come in are high quality and I was immediately very happy with my purchase. They also included a tester wallet for their concealer and corrector range, which has little samples on there to try, which is a really nice touch. I bought 4 items, peach colour corrector, coconut flakes concealer, pound cake pressed powder and a pink blush tint stick. I am really happy with the quality of all of the products, you need to use sparingly and don’t need to use tons of it. My favourite is the blush stick, it’s so natural and goes on so lovely. Would highly recommend, I am actually shocked by some of these reviews on here, because it’s nothing like my experience.
