Review Time
I was expecting to receive my package through the delivery service and used the provided barcode to collect the parcel, only to discover it wasn't mine. I've filed a complaint regarding this service and now I must wait for a response to locate my parcel. In the meantime...
UPDATE: Their response to my review - 'Get in touch with customer support'. My reply: if you had read my review, you would see that I already contacted customer support, and it was a total waste of time. You just provide the same generic response and count your hours for payment, showing no real concern for the situation. 😂 The locker in Porthcawl is malfunctioning, preventing parcel delivery. The tracking indicates it's been going back and forth to their warehouse for 9 days, and all customer service offers is the same reply from different representatives. It's like a copy-and-paste job. They suggest contacting another service, which is absurd—it’s their issue, not anyone else's. The locker is faulty and cannot accept parcels. This locker is new and located in Porthcawl, in case anyone is curious, as I've informed them twice already, yet they still haven't sent anyone to fix it. Terrible service. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
The tracking information was incorrect. I was notified that my parcel was delivered, but it wasn't at the location. I had to contact customer service and make an additional trip the following day to pick up my parcel. This resulted in two trips and two parking fees. I'll reconsider using this delivery option in the future.
The courier made two attempts to deliver to the locker, but it was full. After that, the parcel went missing for over a week. I had to contact the support team to raise my concerns, and the issue was finally resolved four days later.

This service is fantastic and very straightforward. Buyers can easily sell items using postal services, and I simply pick them up when I'm ready. I hope the packages are there and prepared for me. I highly recommend this not just for purchases from various platforms, but also for sending items to others, as it's affordable and hassle-free.
There are too many unnecessary messages; I only need to be informed when it reaches the collection point. Often, the time given for collection does not match the actual time, resulting in stores returning parcels to the sender when it seems like there is still time available to pick them up.
InPost simplifies the process of sending and receiving parcels, making it affordable and hassle-free. I still use the post office to show my support, but for convenience and out-of-hours collection or sending, this service is brilliant! Thank you!
