The bouncy baby hair I Purchased, does not in any way look like the one placed on the advert page; Color wise, appearance and nature . Also, wish their was a picture section to show product purchased taken at delivery or pickup station. The 2 star rating was because the hair was really bouncy, I appreciate that. Dear Jumia, Pls ensure that vendors place exact pictures of what the sell and their vending names so that we know whose product to avoid. Thanks
jumia SELLS FAKE TELEVISIONS NOW. The post says FULL HD TV so i purchased it, when i got the tv, the resolution was so poor that it hurt my eyes. I requested a return the same day. Fake company. Selling fake products to its CITIZENS. STOP DEALING WITH CHINESE PEOPLE YOU ILLITERATES.
One product I ordered was genuine.But They label some of their products 'Generic' which to be realistic on SOME of the products is honestly interchangeable with Fake...They do it to get plausible deniability if customers complain i suspect.....
This is the worst online company in the world, terrible and disgusting! I paid N10000 for my items to be delivered at my house but the stupid and irresponsible delivery driver parked his van in the middle of the market in Oshogbo ( which was over a mile away from my house) and he asked me and other customers to meet him there to collect our orders. We had to walk everywhere in the market to trace and find him, useless delivery driver. But I paid a fortune for delivery and not to travel over a mile to collect, absolutely useless Jumia and it’s driver.On two occasions, which accounted for N20000 for delivery, that we could not find the useless delivery driver in the middle of the market in Oshogbo, he reported it as ‘FAILED DELIVERY’!!! And useless Jumia blocked me on their POS! A company that doesn’t listen to customers complaints would never improve. I am so pissed off with Jumia, absolutely pissed off. I paid for delivery, you must deliver it.
I am a very frastrated customer. I ordered a phone which i paid on delivery only to get a different product, after calling for the return they took 2 days to pick it from me and since then no communication. Its now 7 working days still waiting waiting. Poor customer service!!
