Good site

Good site, works very well, usually delivers very fast. They sell items from local and international sellers, so they have lot variety, but also different prices for the same item, so search well and choose the right seller, prefer local sellers for faster and more reliable delivers

Very bad company ..

Very bad company ... Very bad delivery policy, they dont let you check your package even after you have already paid before signing that you have received and satisfied and customer service do not know how to solve problems ehat so ever they repeat the same answer to all complains and no matter how different the problem is.

As much as they delivered the item fast…

As much as they delivered the item fast yet when I returned it in the same condition which I received it ,they are giving me a hard time processing the refund.

The worst online shop in the world

The worst online shop in the world, after taking the money for around 15 days from buying the goods, they canceled the order giving the reason that the item is out of stock. How on the earth you sell a good that is not controlled or owned by you. or Jumia is just a platfrom that took money from people put it in the bank and make some over night interest and send it back to customers!!!!

MADE ME WAIT A WEEK AND THEN CANCELLED MY ORDER

I ordered a water filter and Jumia called to verify my order and they said they'd deliver the following week. Instead of the delivery the following week they sent a e-mail saying my order had been cancelled.

Takes too long to deliver what you ordered.. It's been two weeks now since i ordered my product ,all you do is text to say the product will be delivered and when that day arrives you do not fulfill your promises.Poor services.!

Jumia Egypt has TERRIBLE customer …

Jumia Egypt has TERRIBLE customer support. It's all fine and dandy if you just buy and pay but if you're an unlucky chap and you end up with an item that's not as described /pictured then good luck even trying to talk to someone to help you resolve your problem. Their automated messaging service is super frustrating and any message you send online will not be answered before four working days!!?? Worst still, when it is answered you don't get someone to pick up the item that was wrongly sent to you!! Jumia then has the nerve to send you an email telling you that your complaint has been resolved????!!!! How dare they undermine their customers like this!!!!!

Too slow delivery time and unreliable
