Poor customer service. It took them forever to pick up the calls as if they are trying to make money for my network provider. Upon pick up, the agent wasn't so helpful and very dismissive. Would not recommend Jumia and wouldn't order from them again.Their agents need customer service training, i swear
You don't even deserve a single star, you are the worst online shopping company I have experienced, I did shopping worth almost 10k, as a gift and surprise to my mum, including 3ply surgical mask that you are selling 6k just to reap pple's pocket, am not complaining about the cash but the quality you delivered. 2ply, very cheap quality and you delivered very fast and dint deliver the rest of the groceries I had ordered. So annoying, frustrating and greedy.Taking advantage with this pandemic. If there was an option I would post for pple to see what you post and what you deliver.I will never recommend anyone
Jumia is the most useless online shopping platform I have ever used. I bought an item from jumia. It took them over 2weeks to deliver the product and when the product arrived, it was damaged. I requested a refund and returned the item since February 5th and until now (April 15), I have not seen any refund. The customer service keep telling me to send my order number and in the end, they won't use it to do anything. Jumia is a big scam. I will never shop with them again. I can't even express how angry I am.
I ordered a crutch to send to someone in Nyari. Obviously, this is something I needed and not just wanted. My order was to be delivered between April 11th - 13th. I kept checking the status of my order and got concerned when it was 'waiting to be shipped'. When I contacted them they now say my order will be delivered on April 20th.So disappointing. Will not use Jumia again
The refund process had me sceptical but once I received the email that my refund was approved, it took me less than 10 minutes to get the money back into my account. Well done. I have since bought another product and am hoping that this time I will receive what I ordered.All in all not a bad experience with regards to refunds.
I returned a faulty phone they sold to me and now they cannot respond to my messages across their social media platforms. They don't give an alternative phone or solution to use as you wait.Poor customer care service,they do not give specific feedback with regards to your item but a general feedback with no correct information. I ordered items to be delivered in donholm. I got a message to pick the items,but found the pick up point was permanently closed even before i ordered the items. Calling jumia customer care is the most useless thing you can do. They either transfer you or promise to call back but they will never communicate as promised.I am a very dissapointed customer.If you have any other option other than jumia, i would advise run for it.Otherwise if its jumia better insist for payment on delivery if its something they have locally.
