My item was due since Friday.
They’ve not delivered or tried to reach me. But I keep getting mails that the rider couldn’t get me on phone. The riders line hasn’t been reachable till
Today. I just called and he finally picked and was talking gibberish.
I’ve tried to reach out to their customer service since yesterday and they’ll pick and nothing has been resolved.
Jumia is scam please avoid them.
You’ll pay for something and they won’t deliver.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, I bought a screen, no one called me to deliver it, it was cash on delivery, I made a complaint, they told me it will be delivered next day, I waited for it next day, no one called me or delivered it again. Then I received an email telling me that the order got cancelled now I have to order it again with a price difference 1k+. Of course this was on purpose to make me pay the new price. When I contacted customer service they were rude and they dont even have a number, its all through chat. Will never deal with them again.

They delivered the wrong item and not willing to act.

They delivered the wrong item and don’t want to simply change it for the right one. They want me to do 150 km to return the wrong item, than they refund, than you can order again and do this distance again, they are unwilling to pay back the money we paid to much fot the cheapernitem they deliverd, so, good afvice, dont trust this company!

Just wasting of your time using that…

Just wasting of your time using that website. For 8 things I've ordered (my first experience, ordered more staff to home), I needed to send back 5 of them. They don't care about protecting shipping, items received demaged. Some of items are just different then described. No help from jumia. I will never ever use that website again!

Jumia never worked

A tv bought with Jumia never worked. The return took weeks only to receive a replacement that broke down. Other electronics have stopped working after 2 months with Jumia refusing to replace the product despite the one year guarantee

Totally misleading and false product…

Totally misleading and false product information. I unfortunately ordered an exrmtra capacity 8 litre aurfryer from Jumia. It turns out that the exact capacity was no more than 2.9 litres.Initially they even refused me to return it.As "it says 8 litres on the box" Unbe-f.....g-livable! It took over a month for them to finally return my monev after producing a video at their pick up point showing that only 2.9 liters fits into the airfryer basket.Guess what. Over 1 month later they still have the audasity to still have no less than 16 diffent adds on their site still selling the same airfryer as extra capacity 8 litres.Total scam company. I can't wait for Amazon finally starting to expand from SA to other African countries. Jumia will be out of business within a year

I recently shopped on this popular online shopping platform, and I have to say, it's been quite a good experience! They have a great range of products, from electronics to fashion and home goods - everything. you can pretty much find anything you need. I was really impressed by the selection available!The only thing I've noticed is that delivery times can vary. Sometimes it’s super quick, while other times it takes a bit longer than I expected. Still, worth the wait 😀
