Review Time
wish I read the reviews before placing an order. They are taking too long to respond and there is a lot of miscommunication .I canceled the order after realizing it was goin to take longer than expected ..than the specified time at the time of purchase and now after confirming the cancellation I can't get my refund and no one is responding . What a disappointment ! I want my money back before I take further action
I hate it and this is the last time I'll ever order anything from your stupid online services. I immediately place an order and proceed to pay and even get a confirmation that money has been deducted from my M-pesa, and now it's saying order cancelled, yet my money is gone. Do you think I'm stupid! You people are the worst. You had better refund my money or your nightmare has just begun. Morons!! Stupid frauds!
They have the worst customer service...I called customer service a lady picked up and told her am not seeing an option for selecting colours,she asked me what item,i told her bra and immediately she put me on hold even without telling me she was putting me on hold and after few seconds she hanged up.

I am really disappointed about this service. I ordered an Ipad case and when it came it was not the one I ordered. When I went back to the site it showed me that the one they sent is 1000 shillings less than the one I initially ordered. I have used Jumia before and this is the first time that I have been disapointed. I shall be ordering my items from elsewhere from now henceforth. Very disappointed
it is a wonderful experience ..buying from jumia,,stressfree purchace. i ordered for a product although it did not get to me on the approved date. the agent called to explain politely and it was delivered the next day.i would definitely make mor purchases...i even got a discount(smile)
