This company does not even deserve a single star. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating, as they mislead customers regarding their location, pretending to be based in the UK while actually operating from abroad. I ordered two lights on November 18, and after three weeks, only one arrived. I was informed that the other is still in transit. Why not ship both together? I have followed up multiple times, but they refuse to refund me and insist I wait for the second light. When will that be? The customer service is poor, and they should not be allowed to operate. This is a serious warning.
Not a satisfactory experience with my purchase of lights from this company. I ordered two lights for £179, but only one arrived after weeks of waiting. There were no updates regarding the delivery of the remaining light, and when the first one finally did arrive, the quality was subpar. I wouldn’t consider using it in my home. I would have received much better quality and service from a more reputable retailer. It seems I will have to write off the £49 for the light that never made it. 🤬
The customer service was quite helpful. I ordered a ceiling light with three color options, and upon receiving it, I noticed that the color change functionality only worked with the main light switch. The customer service team assisted by sending out the correct light that I wanted.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order but decided to cancel it before it was processed. I contacted customer service to request the cancellation and a refund. Unfortunately, I received emails without any confirmation about my order cancellation. They stopped replying to my emails when I asked for a refund. All my attempts to reach them have been completely ignored. If I am not refunded soon, I will have to report the issue to my payment provider and request a chargeback. Ignoring customers like this is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company!
Terrible customer service. I reached out to this company multiple times asking for an update on my order, but did not receive any response for several days. I requested a refund for my order and was completely ignored; I was simply told to wait up to 12 working days for delivery. Having worked in consumer publications in the past, I can confidently say this is one of the worst service experiences I have ever encountered, and I would never recommend this company.

In my view, consumers are misled as it appears you are purchasing from a UK company, when in fact it's based in China. I have no issue with buying products from China, as many items come from there, but this company should be more transparent before consumers make a purchase. Once you buy something, forget about returning it; attempting to do so will cost you a ridiculous amount with no guarantee of a refund. The mounted ceiling lamp I bought for £180 took three weeks to arrive. They did respond to my emails, albeit slowly, but provided little explanation about the item's journey, and the tracking number was useless. When the item finally arrived, the structure was decent, but the plastic shade was of poor quality. Once the light was on, you could see the marks of cables and metal through the shade. I would have returned it if I had purchased from a reliable source that allowed returns and refunds. A lesson learned, but in the future, I need to ensure I read reviews and do more research about the company. Thus, I do not recommend buying directly from companies based in China unless they have a local representative. Additionally, the lighting lacks UK/EU safety certification.
The ceiling lamp I purchased was fantastic. However, after the electrician installed it, one bulb cracked. I reached out to customer care, and I received a prompt reply offering to replace the bulb at no cost! I can't fault their customer service, and the product was excellent.
