Cardiff hotel booked through Wowcher.What a fabulous hotel, modern, lovely room, delicious breakfast, welcoming staff.All the staff we spoke to were all an absolute credit to the hotel, all so friendly and helpful.A very enjoyable stay, right in the heart of the city and couldn't have been closer to the New Theatre where we watched a show.Will definitely return in the future.Thanks you all for a great stay.
My wife and I stayed in the Leonardo hotel in Gertrudi street Krakow It was absolutely amazing from start to finish the hotel staff were amazing the food was fantastic the rooms were amazing and very clean thank you to Lukasz,Emily,Yana, Conrad and everyone else in the hotel who couldn’t do enough for us they were all brilliant Thank you Lukasz and everyone for their hospitality and kindness to us. We will definitely be back great hotel and great staff 👍👍👍.
Clueless and deceitful reception staff. Stayed in a family room for 3 nights. The room was dated and in need of renovation. The A/C switched itself off in the middle of the night, so we woke up sweaty. Main gripe is the deception regarding using the minibar fridge. In room information it clearly states they would empty the fridge at your request, so you can use it (stated in room guide). Utter rubbish. Someone did come to empty it, but it remained locked. After speaking to numerous reception staff, we eventually found one who admitted we weren't allowed to use the fridge. We wasted lots of time trying on a simple but futile request. We expected more from a Leonardo hotel. Won’t be using again.
This hotel looks run down on exterior, you enter the reception area and looks modern and really nice. Was given room 304, this room was full of stains on carpet, thick dust on all hard surfaces so asked to be moved. Was given keys to 2 other standard rooms and they were both dirty, dated and really smelly. Eventually I requested that I see a executive room, which Stuart was happy for me to view On entry room 301 massive stains on carpet by bathroom, thick dust and dirt on the tray that holds mugs for tea etc and the cleaner had used last guests disposable cup coaster,it had tea stains. I raised my concerns to Stuart who said he would pass on complaints to manager. On later inspection of room there was thick black female hair in bath plughole which I had to remove. I stay at leonardo hotels regularly and I have to say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel either needs a complete gutting and refurbishment of bedrooms like they have on ground floor or demolition of whole building. For 1 night stay it cost almost £180 if I was not away for work and with a colleague I would have requested full refund and booked into a different hotel. Please be aware that the cleaning staff do not clean rooms adequately and needs training on cleanliness and hygiene. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. Management please get a hold on the cleanliness of the bedrooms of this hotel it is disgusting and not to leonardo standards.
We stayed in, Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel & Spa by the Sea - Adults Only, Protaras, Cyprus.And cannot fault it, staff were some of the nicest people we have met, going above and beyond to make sure we could be comfortable and have everything we wanted. Short transfer from airport, on time, the whole trip was very relaxed.Short walk from a small private beach and in the other direction some caves and a rocky area that you could swim in. Food was lovely and lots of choice, rooms were very clean and airy/ bright. Hotel is relativity new.
Complaint - Leonardo Royal Hotel EdinburghI stayed in the above hotel in two sessions and booked two rooms. The first session was from 15-16 April 2024. The second session was from 18-20/4/2024. When I checked in on 15/4/2024, I told the receptionist that I have stayed in the same hotel location before in 2022. The hotel’s name was Jury’s Inn. I told her the construction site at the back gave horrible noise which caused me unrest at that time. She told me the construction was still in progress but would not noisy as before. She promised me she would reserve my rooms facing the front part when I returned in the second session. When I returned on 18/4/2024, another lady receptionist told me that she was unable to give me rooms in the front part. When I told her that was your hotel’s promise, then the awful lady - Kajoi, the Duty Manager cut in at that time. She coldly told me she could not entertain any demands from customers. When I rebutted that it was not my request, it was the promise from your receptionist who represented your hotel!! If your hotel cannot fulfil any promises, why give false hopes to customers? That Kajol then gave a handicapped room to me facing the front side but without my knowledge. When I found the room was for handicapped persons, I was very angry. I’m not a handicapped person, why your hotel gave me such a room? How can you bear such an insult and humiliation !! I went back to the Reception and asked them to change back any standard rooms. That Kajoi just stood there without saying any apology words but with a cold facial expression. What sort of this poor attitude!! She is neither helpful nor hospitality. I swear I will never live in any Leonardo Hotel again. I will also ask my friends to do the same!!
Leonardo hotel Galway,Absolutely terrible experience, the staff are unhelpful the receptionist very rude! We tried to amend for the dates on the 2nd-4th of feb this year until April, they pretended on the customer service line that those dates didn’t exist when we have bank statements with the payment took from the Leonardo hotel, they state booking.com took the payment but booking.com says Leonardo took the payment, so we can’t even get refunded and being lied to by both of them, which is terrible as unable to attend due to a funeral. They also have been very rude in the emails and the calls between the main reception of that hotel, they offered a fake discount but it actually costs 300 euro more than what we originally paid for 400 euro so they tried to overcharge us up to 700 for two nights in April! Please do not go there as u won’t get any decent amended prices or dates they owe us some kind of compensation as we are going through a devastating time, they are heartless and just a terrible place tbh
This is the Leonardo Hotel in Dublin.The customer service offered in this hotel is probably 0.1 above zero. I am a regular user of hotels and understand the meaning of customer service, this hotel was appalling, the attitudes of the staff certainly leave something to be desired. Never again, will I stop at this place or would I ever recommend to anybody stopping here?
