Order not delivered not getting money back

I placed an order which was not delivered!! an not getting money back at this point !!! After a lot of communication they said it was with an outside seller on their website. That was not clear at moment of order to me. They refer me now to them. So be aware!!. better not buy at Leroy unless you are sure who is delivering.

Paid delivery dumped at the gate

I bought kitchen worktops etc from San Pedro Compact store. I paid €34:90 for the delivery. A van just pulled up and the man dumped all at my gate. He refused to help me carry them to the shelter of the terrace. It has been raining and I live alone. If it rains again my purchase is destroyed unless I can solicit the help of a neighbour but they are all pensioners too and this stuff is heavy. I've brought up smaller bits but the corners are damaged already. When I pay for delivery of heavy goods I expect them to be deposited in a convenient and safe place for me.

Avoid

Avoid. A truely disgusting company that lies through there teeth, then once they have your money, ignor you. They should be prosecuted and shut down. French 'arrogance' teamed with Spanish 'couldn't care less' customer service!

Amazon is more reliable

This review is for online purchases. Fast delivery of product not matching description. Since it was ordered online it wasn’t possible to return in store and hard to figure out how to return. Be aware of the fact that the website is an online marketplace like Amazon and AliExpress but more expensive and harder to return items.

Unfriendly and Unhelpful ServiceThis was truly an unexpected and disappointing experience, especially in today’s world. I’ve rarely been treated so poorly in a well-known store, and this treatment came from none other than the acting manager, Juan Miguel. I doubt this will reach anyone in higher management in France, but if it does, I hope it’s taken seriously—this isn’t an isolated incident, and others have noticed similar issues, though I had yet to experience it this badly myself.Having lived in the Algeciras area my whole life, I’ve been a loyal customer of this store since childhood, as have my parents and friends. However, today’s experience was beyond acceptable. To give you an example of how employees handle things: just last month, I inquired about a specific pergola. When I asked for assistance, the employee dismissively told me to “just look online and order there,” making it clear he didn’t want to be bothered.The most recent issue involved floor tiles. I had purchased multiple boxes of 60x60 tiles and installed several at home, only to discover that one box contained tiles with a manufacturing defect, measuring 59.5 cm. When I returned to the store to address this, I was met with a surprising response. Rather than assisting, the manager defensively told me to purchase a different set to match, refusing to accept the defective product back.The store and its products are excellent, but it seems that some employees and management, comfortable with the lack of competition in the area, have become complacent and dismissive.

Damaged product delivered, not once but twice

I have bought several products from Leroy Merlin in the past without a problem. This time however it was very different. The staff at the store were themselves very helpful. I arranged for them to deliver the product. That is where the problems started.The product was delivered by SEUR. Sufficient to say that their service is even worse than Leroys.So the basic problem is that the product was damaged. After I contacted Leroy the product was replaced, now here is the real problem, the product that they delivered the second time was also damaged.Interestingly enough the delivery guy would not let me open the second product delivered to check it, so i am not sure what that was about.The lesson that I have learnt is steer clear of both Leroy Merlin and Seur.... Never again!!

This company has very bad service!

This company has very bad service!! We bought a storage cabinet with Leroy Merlin in Murcia and it was broken within a year. In the last few months we have sent emails and called customer service many times, then they open a case number (we already have 4 case numbers!), but then they do nothing to fix the problem. Don't buy expensive stuff here because the warranty you are legally entitled to means nothing with Leroy Merlin!!Esta empresa tiene muy mal servicio!! Hemos comprado un arcon con Leroy Merlin Murcia y dentro un año se rompió. En los últimos meses hemos enviado correos electrónicos y muchas veces hemos llamado al servicio de atención al cliente, luego abren un número de caso (ya tenemos 4 números de caso!), pero luego no hacen nada para solucionar el problema. No compre cosas caras aquí porque la garantía a la que tiene derecho legalmente no significa nada con Leroy Merlin!!

Appalling customer service ...they said we will look into my compliant...that was November the 4th ...still nothing ....tried their Facebook page...nothing.....do not use Leroy Merlin.

Stupid return policy

This is one off worst experience i encountered in spain so far, i bought a whole bathroom furniture including the sink+++ i paid for the delivery, everything arrived 12 days later unfortunately i had to go on a trip for a month, so when i got back i started working on the bathroom i noticed that's the sink had little damage in the edge so i went to the store in malaga to ask they could change it, the teller could not help me so i ask for a supervisor so when she arrived Ana, i explained to her the situation she was very rude and not professional to handle the case, she insisted that the purchase was made mor then month so she wouldn't accept the return i explained to her it's not correct because i didn't know about the return policy and there's no where on the receipt, she replied that i should go the website and read about it, i have to say i never encountered such a dumb supervisor i wonder how she get the jobb, also very racial. I will never put my foot in this store chain.
