Do NOT book with this airline. They cancel your flight without any notice. Customer service is only providing standard answers and not providing a solution at all. Leaving you behind with their problem. Better spend some more money on a reliable airline, is cheaper after all.
My experience 3 months ago. Flew from Solo to Bali with my daughter on my holiday trip. I was a bit unwell and told the stewardess. Shes not only helped me but make sure I feel comfortable. Ongoing checked up from other team too. The flight was quick without I realised. Smooth take off & landing. I was very happy with the service.
Customer care does not exist.Only a list of pre-compiled unuseful answer.I had to cancel two flights due to serious family matters, I asked several times to cancel, I had no right to a refund and I just wanted to cancel the flight to ask a refund to my insurance company (they asked me a prove I was not on the flights), it was not possible.They're making fun of me, unreliable and unprofessional.I will never book a ticket with them again.
Very poor service when I checked in.I asked to give me aisle seat since my flight more than 4 hours.The check-in staff(man) very rude and impolite. I mentioned my request many times(although I checked in 3 hours before my flight departure ). The staff still also cheating and said no aisle seat and without giving my check-in luggage receipt.(Just throw it to trash bin)After I enter airplane cabin, I found some aisle seats still available.This airline is really bad, should be ranked as the worse airline.
I had a very disappointing experience with Lion Air/Wing Air. On my recent flight from Kupang to Rote, I was charged extremely high fees for transporting my surfboards – far beyond what I have ever experienced with other airlines in Indonesia or internationally. When I tried to seek clarification via email and WhatsApp, I only received automated, AI-generated replies that did not answer my questions. Even when forwarding my complaint to local branch offices, there was no proper response. It is very frustrating as a customer not to be able to reach a real support representative to resolve a legitimate concern. I hope Lion Air takes this feedback seriously and improves both transparency of fees and accessibility of their customer service.
The Lion Airline is a Rip off. I bought a tickeck 5 month ago to go to Makasar. Four days before the flight they change the flight for the folowing day. I had to buy a new flight with them since is the only airline that is operating. To make it short, you have to buy 2 tickets for the same route. Customer Service does not exist
Flight JT747 for example; 90% is delayed. Average delay about 90min, but also up to 4hrs. This is years already. Why even make a scedule if you just fly whenever it fits? Why is there no email updates etc? Simply very bad airline, I will avoid when i can.
2 Weeks ago my Lion Air flight from Depasar to Surabaya was delayed almost 3 hrs. Today my flight from Jakarta to Denpasar was delayed almost 6 hrs. The flight displays at Jakarta airport provided wrong gate information. The boarding process started and was aborted with two announcements of delays again following each other up. Do these guys ever learn Ruud van der Linden the Netherlands
