SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!!!

SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money with this airline. 4 internal flights all delayed all rescheduled. 100% fail rate. Poor service and the staff have to deal with the incompetence of senior management. I have been travelling for over 30 years internationally and this is the worst airline I have ever experienced. I have more faith being picked up by a flock of birds and dropped at my destination😡😡🤯🤯

Lion air is by far the worst airline I have ever flown with. Every leg of the flights were delayed and no one feels the need to tell you that at check-in. You stand around at the gate waiting to hear a boarding announcement but it doesn't happen. So you go to the gate desk and they say it's been delayed by an hour or 3.They cancelled all my initial flights and I had to move 1 forward and the return later. I tried to change my return again because of medical reasons and they charged me an additional 50%. If you can avoid it don't use them ever.

I booked ticket with Batik air on using…

I booked ticket with Batik air using Book Cabin app from Da Nang To Denpasar Bali they cancel my flight and refund me only 30 % of tickets price I paid ! Horrible airlines on many ways !

Shame on you Mr LION AIR

I had to pay 2 million rupees for the outward journey and 2 million rupees for the return to Médan for 2 surfboards, it's overpriced!!! Locals do not pay this price for their luggage, boxes, large bags, etc. at equivalent volume and weight.A difference is made for tourists, a difference that can be compared to racism, without a doubt! Shame on you Lion Air!There are definitely fewer surfers going to Nias now and the locals living in tourism are suffering the consequences.In addition to this, the payment of the 4 million is only done in cash!!Impossible to pay with a credit card, we wonder where the money is going!! I was also asked to give my sunglasses!!!Not having enough cash to pay, I used a credit card which was blocked at the ATM at Gunung Sitoli airport (Nias), there was no code error pine. The card stay inside the ATM.Having only euros I offered to pay the rest, 500,000 rp with euros, not wanting to give me change for the euros, I paid 350,000 rp extra, and all that without a receipt, a good scam and some Robbery!!! Shame on you Mr Lion Air, you give a very bad image of Indonesia and Indonesians.

They cancel and rebooked

They cancel and rebooked, had to fly many hours later. So that caused problems for my next flight and hotels. They didn’t want to help: the answer was u can cancel or change the time..like if that is useful.

Bait and switch

We purchased our ticket from Lion Air after checking that the baggage allowance was 15kg and bag height could be the standard 40cm height. Flying from Bali to Sumbawa was no problem, but on the return trip, they we had to pay for the same bags that we originally took for free. When we showed the website that says we were allowed 15kg free, they said that the ticket was from Wings air even though we bought the ticket from Lion Air and we now have to pay 1.5mil idr for the bags. There is no way to know until you arrive at the airport what your baggage allowance is.This is straight up bait and switch?l!

It was horrible

It was horrible. Flight from Bali to Jakarta: after 1h in the plane with no information we were taken back to airport. Later during 4 hours we were getting no clear information, only vague promises of the plane in 1h. Later on no refunds, no compliments. Extremely bad and unreliable.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, DON’T BOOK!

DO NOT BOOK FROM LION AIR OR FROM ANY COMPANY OWNED BY THIS GROUP!!! This company CLEARLY aims maximizing the tickets selling with the minimum possible number of flights. I have been in Indonesia for two weeks and had 2 internal flights booked with them, none of the two (!!) respected the original schedule and the second one was rescheduled THREE TIMES. Basically, if you decide to fly with this company you don’t know WHEN (and if) you are really going to fly and have to keep yourself free and ready the whole day waiting for them to decide at which time they are going to fly you. If you try making some programs.. they will definitely blow them up. I have never seen a more UNRELIABLE flight company in my entire life. Furthermore, they only advise of the flight changes with an email with NO SENDER, and NO SUBJECT, which is impossible to notice if you are not aware of this as I was the first time.But the worst has yet to come.. if it should come to your mind to change or refund a rescheduled flight, be aware of the fact that CUSTOMER CARE IS A COMPLETE DISASTER. They only have a whatsapp dead-end chatbot which doesn’t help you at all, and an email where they reply with pre-set messages. It is totally IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE DIRECT TALK WITH ASSISTANCE. If you care about your holiday plans, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hope that they will go bankrupt because that’s what they deserve for the scammy service they offer.

Cannot reach customer care

Cannot reach customer care. Spent hours trying to change my return flight...Over the phone with Batik, who changed it but said I had to contact Lion to pay for it....only through WhatsApp, (spent hours on WhatsApp waiting for them to reply only to get a message that I didn't respond to their text quickly enough) or email (no response). Finally, they sent me a payment link that didn't work, then said I had to drive to the airport a week before my flight in order to pay so that my ticket would not be canceled. At the airport, they said they couldn't take my money or credit card. They finally reached a supervisor by phone who took my payment after hours at the airport. Terrible customer service.
