Terrible customer service if any…

Terrible customer service if any problems before flight and long delays too. Seriously the worst airline I have used ever. Never again will I use and I live in Thailand will alway use someone else.

★☆☆☆☆ Never AgainBatik Air Indonesia somehow turns flying into a punishment. Delays with no explanation, staff who appear confused by the concept of customer service, and an aircraft that felt like it had survived several previous lives.Seats were uncomfortable, the cabin was questionable, and any request was treated as an unexpected inconvenience. Communication was nonexistent, organization was a myth, and accountability was clearly optional.We did eventually arrive, which seems to be their only performance metric.I would not recommend this airline to anyone I respect.

Extremely Disappointed – Thai Lion Air Customer Support Is Unacceptable

I booked a flight from Bangkok to Chiang Rai and contacted Thai Lion Air 20 days before the flight date to cancel my booking and request a refund according to their own fare conditions.Their customer support responded by telling me the ticket was not refundable and that I am only entitled to receive the taxes back. This completely contradicts the expectations set when booking the ticket, and their explanation was vague, unhelpful, and showed zero effort to resolve the issue fairly.To make matters worse, they didn’t bother to tell me how long the tax refund will take, and there has been no clear communication afterward. I’m left waiting indefinitely with no timeline, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility from their side.This experience has shown me that Thai Lion Air’s customer support is unreliable and unprofessional. I’m writing this review so others know what they might face when dealing with cancellations or refunds.I strongly advise future passengers to be cautious when booking with Thai Lion Air. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Worst Airline to Exist!

We booked tickets from Surabaya to Sumba via lombok. Surabaya to lombok was by Lion Air and Lombok to Sumba was by Wings Air. Our transit time in Lombok was just 1 hr. Lion air delayed our flight last minute and we had to book another expensive ticket from another airline. Finally upon arrving in lombok, Wings Air delayed our flight last minute by 3hrs without any explaination. Worst airlines ever! Dont fly with them

Lion Air Group delivered one of the most shockingly poor customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.My flight was cancelled without any clear communication, and what followed was an absolute circus at the Labuan Bajo Airport customer service desk. I had to speak to the same staff member four different times, each time wasting nearly an hour of my trip, only to be given dismissive, vague, and ultimately false information. I was repeatedly told “don’t worry, the flight isn’t going ahead and you’ll get a refund.” None of it was true.The customer service officer was uninterested, unprofessional, and made zero effort to actually resolve anything. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of people rather than help them. The lack of accountability was astonishing.The flight never operated, yet I’m still chasing the refund I was promised multiple times. For an airline of this size, this level of incompetence and disregard for passengers is unacceptable.If you value your time, money, or sanity, think very carefully before booking with Lion Air Group.

The worst Airline I have ever flown…

The worst Airline I have ever flown with! Flights are delayed, staff tells you connecting plane will wait, which it does not. Meals, drinks and compensation for delayed flights are not handed out to you. Online Ticket system does not work and you do not get any booking confirmation via Email. You get misleading information from lion Air staff and it seems they don't know what they are doing, everyone gives you different information. I would not recommend flying with this airline!

Dangerous and scam

Please, Never never never buy the tickets of this sheet company … they never departure in time, never check-in online, never use new aircrafts…. I lost 400USD as they was delayed their flight on the 30 years aircraft with shabby wings. And they rejected my demand to return my money for the flight which was lost by their fault. So this company is scam and dangerous!

Lion air sucks

Lion air sucks. Customer service is dreadful, trying to contact them is hopeless. Their WA helpline is generic questions and offers no support at all, the number supplied doesnt answer. Forget trying to change a flight. Choose anyone else, they cant be worse than Lion air.

This is the worst customer service…

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have waited for 2 hours. They came on the phone an hour ago and said they was checking my problem and never returned. There has been no resolution to this problem.Please do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Sadden to see the failed service fromReview . Still give it a try just to find my bad expereince on JT 780 1.10pm flight.we were waiting at the gate and probably with bad announcement and having another flight at its gate with so many pax seating around.At 1300 go to counter and ask why 1.10 flight is still no calling or delay. Just surprise to be told flight gate close and awaiting to take off.No choice we rebooked with Customer service to go on alternative mean. Re booked JT 589 8.30 pm to JKT and book JKT to Palu on Ga at 0220 am 27Sep .Then to be inform of flt delay fir two he then to three hour.The announcement was clear by fro first delay to final delay and only then given some food and cup water.Good but not good wish there be an officer or cssv to be helpful.Has cost much anxiety and I do hope I catch my connecting flight. Write this from my seat 19D
