DO NOT BOOK!!!

Malindo Air Lion Air Group DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE! Batik Air is THE WORST, most unreliable airline & customer care I have ever experienced in my life! I will NEVER book with this airline again & i'd advise everyone against booking with Batik air, unless you want a bad experience and customer service. I am waiting on Batik customer care to respond to me emails and provide assistance, since nothing has been done I unfortunately now have to warn others not to book with them.

Suitcase wheel

two of My suitcase's wheels is broken and the fiber is cracked so there's no way for me to attach a wheel they Only gave me a compensation of IDR150.000 the suitcase worth more than that well maybe they yeeted our stuffs in the luggage Don't fly with Lionair Citilink/batik air is better (sorry for bad grammar)Lion Air SUCK DON'T TOUCH IT

Worst Airline ever

Worst Airline ever, when I Got my luggage back the staff or someone dealing with my luggage stole money from my bag!!! They have opened up my bag and have taken 150$ in total !! If u want to relax and enjoy you trip don’t ever fly with them - really a draining experience

Lion air: Worst customer service ever! I never met such awful people, definitely not helpful.We bought the tickets online and paid for them, but when we arrived at the airport they told us we haven’t paid. When we showed them the receipt, they told us ‘we took to long from the booking of the tickets to the payment’ and that they could not do anything and just to contact the client service online. We texted them and after 1 day still no answer.. do you think we’ll get our money back?

Thank God we”re arrived safely that’s probably this airline earn one star. let me explain again,I did made a review with my first reason but later on I need to do second review second reason for one and last flight Hear me out pls.. unfortunately my husband left un intensionally his cell phone on the plane , he already file properly procedure lost and found paper to the office lion air by the ngurah Rai airport with certain number via what’s up app to contact in case they found it. While we were still present at the airport they said they couldn’t find it, then we left the airport, then before we left Bali we visit the office and they said couldn’t find it still, now we are back to the mainland some how my husband find out that lion air person texted him and and sent him messages through what’s up app to the phone number that was missing.. my point is..how can we communicate with lion air through the missing phone number and what is the purpose of filing missing paper for lost and found in the office which we provided certain number so we can communicate??!!….sure if they communicate with us through the number that we already provided in the list and found paper probably we already got his phone back before we left Bali.. I don’t get it how they work properly and communicate properly, today my husband sending messages asking if lion air able to send the phone to the mainland where we lives,and he agreed to pay the fees for that… I hope lion air crews that involved in those processes and handling this case get the message and able to send it back to us , it is our property. Thank you we”re at flight jt926 on march 21 , 2023 supposed to be inbound at 1300 but got delayed 4 hours. Worst experience flight.

Impossible to pay

When I get to the payment part of the reservation process on their website it resets to the beginning of the search, can't pay.I used the app and made a booking fast and simple (really easy process) but they don't accept credit card, only ATM payments in Indonesia (???!!!!)I called from Thailand to a friend in Indonesia to go pay for me with the payment code and book number, and when he gets to his Bank's ATM, Lion Air doesn't accept payments from that specific bank.My god how come these people are still in Business?

The worst airline!!!

The worst airline!!!They rescheduled the flight. And once I'm at the airport they reschedule again without early notice. My flight code changing without notice
