I ordered a Camera/NVR bundle from Costco. It was shipped directly from Lorex and the quantity of the wrong items were shipped minus a NVR. They refused to make it right or sell me a NVR to complete my system. Good thing that Costco has integrity and a good return policy. I will look to buy another Camera system from a competitor. I thought Lorex was a more reputable company. Lost this sell!In reply to Lorex below, hopefully, Costco will recognize that Lorex was not willing to work with this case & customer, as well as, refused to correct their mistake! Your excuse that you cannot access the Costo orders is a lame reason. The items/shipments were shipped directly from Lorex, not Costco! Costco should stop selling Lorex products. Companies with bad customer service don't have a future. Wake up Costco!
