The last time I tried to get my password reset. It was not possible as they kept giving me a 6 character password, but the system required 8-15 characters. This time it worked out and Lorex's technician did a great job of leading me through everything to get it straightened up. Thank you so much.

Warranty expired not our problem. So, if you want a deal with 2 years long product buy Lorex. Worth costumer service.
Your tech service agent was a super patient person. I guess she could tell that I was not a technological genius. She would tell me the technical terms and, when I didn't understand, she would explain it to me so I did. Not only did she fix the problem that I called about but, she made some adjustments that has given me a sharper picture. I was very frustrated with the problem that I called about but, within minutes, she made me a "happy camper".
