Fantastic holiday booking experience with Love Holidays!
I had an absolutely brilliant experience booking my holiday through Love Holidays from start to finish. The website was incredibly easy to use, with clear options, great filters, and plenty of choice to suit different budgets and preferences. Everything was laid out transparently, so I knew exactly what I was booking with no hidden surprises.
The prices were excellent and genuinely competitive, making it feel like I was getting real value for money. I loved how simple it was to compare hotels, flights, and extras all in one place—it took the stress out of planning and turned it into something genuinely enjoyable.
Confirmation was quick, all the details were clear and well organised, and I felt confident and reassured throughout the process. It was one of the smoothest holiday bookings I’ve ever made.

Booked a holiday, and added my stepson they booked him to the hotel and transfers and on the paperwork it includes the flights they refused to admit their error and we had to pay for another flight. They have been great in the past as we have had no errors but if they make a mistake god help ya cos they don’t care
I found the exact same holiday cheaper by £30 at On the Beach
So l supplied EVERYTHING, which Love Holidays asked for to verify the price difference
But they kept sending me the same templated email asking for the same information as before, which l had supplied
They then said if l didn't supply what they were asking for - the same information l had supplied twice before - in 24 hours they would close my case!
I have booked many holidays through Love Holidays, last year 4 holidays totaling over £3,000, but l won't be using them again
Really easy to book through Love Holidays. Holidays are cheap, highly quality, and very affordable. Fun activities can be booked through them, which helps, and overall the website is easy to use. I would recommend.
I booked flights with long stopovers. My fault, however the screen showed the flight time in miniscule type, and did not actually say "direct/indirect" or "stops". Loveholiday rep told me I could get a refund on these flights (as cancellation within 24 hours) and book direct flights. However, after many days, they said they could not book any of the flights I could see on Skyscanner. I had to book them myself, and I am still waiting for refund from original flights.

Their app is easy to use, I've had great holidays through them and now have 2 more to look forward to.
One is being paid by DD and I'm notified ahead of the payment and kept up to date with my balance.
I've no hesitation to recomend this company.
Superb - sometimes it’s annoying when you get a follow up call but have to say Rebecca was so helpful and unpushy even when I was being completely indecisive. She helps us find an amazing holiday - always worth taking that follow up call as saved me £100 as well
I find it frustrating not having someone to communicate with, especially since I'm not very experienced with online processes. I only discovered after booking that I couldn't bring a trolley bag without incurring extra fees, which ended up being more than the flight itself. I had to contact the airline, which was also expensive, and now I have an invoice but no clear instructions on how to pay it. Assistance would be appreciated.
I arranged a getaway for my husband’s birthday and Christmas to Hamburg for 4 days. After the initial booking of £358, I needed to change the hotel, which required a second payment of £38. I used my debit card, which was supposed to give me 4% off the booking. However, after 5 days, I discovered that my second payment had been confirmed, leaving me disappointed about missing out on a really good cashback.
