I’ve already explained that there are errors on your website, but you keep talking about the price changing.
Listen to what someone said:
The price shown when you try to book is different from the price you see at the beginning.
If you say the price has changed, then why is it that when I close your website, open it again, and search again, the price is the same cheaper price I saw the first time?
Hi your my favourite on line travel app. Easy to use great choice of hotels and flights very good package deals. And the most important is very easy steps to follow from A to B to book with a hassle free booking. I use you all the time and recommend to family and friends. I travel 4 times a years and always use you for most of my destinations
We’ve just come back from 3 days and 2 nights in Bucharest and honestly… it exceeded expectations.
We stayed at Mercure Bucharest Unirii and they set the tone straight away. It was our first time in Romania and they upgraded our room for free which was such a nice touch. Completely unexpected. The staff were genuinely helpful the whole stay. Location wise it was ideal too. Easy to walk pretty much everywhere.
We flew with Ryanair. Not usually my first choice, but for the price we paid I can’t really fault it. It did exactly what it needed to do.
Food wise… unreal.
We had breakfast at the Grand Van Gogh Café which was brilliant. Great vibe, really cool setting and the food was genuinely delicious.
We went to Caru' cu Bere for a traditional Romanian meal and that was a highlight. It was very busy but they were helpful and managed to get us in without a booking. The food was excellent. Proper traditional dishes and a great atmosphere.
We also went to The Vault, which had a great atmosphere and good drinks. Slightly more expensive than some other places, but still worth it for the setting and quality.
Separately, we visited The Hidden Bar which was a cool little find. A bit more low key and tucked away. Exactly the sort of place you’re glad you stumbled across.
We spent a full day at Therme Bucharest and that was exceptional. The spa facilities were spot on and we managed to book some treatments too which made it even better. Easily one of the best spa days we’ve done.
On the last day we explored properly. Wandering the streets, seeing Pasajul Victoria (Umbrella Street), walking through the old town passages, popping into the Louis Vuitton store and just soaking it all in.
Overall, for the price, the trip was amazing. Everything was really easy to organise through loveholidays and it all ran smoothly from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend Bucharest for a short break. Three days felt perfect.
I hadn't had a holiday in 35 years then about years and months ago I came across loveholidays and went to Rome I'm impressed with the prices so far I've been to Rome twice and Malta 3 times, i was due to go to Portugal October last year but I found out I've had cancer and had major surgery for the cancer this is where loveholidays customer service team come in speaking to them was brilliant i cancelled the holiday and the agent I spoke to was excellent now February this year I was due to go out to Malta but my sister is in hospital dieing of cancer so again I had to cancel and wow the agent I spoke to was fantastic she took time to listen to me i know I would lose a lot of money with canceling my holiday well loveholidays as a good will gesture didn't take the £75 cancelled fee from my payments, well I've got so much confidence in loveholidays I've got 4 holidays booked in the next 11 months I've know that I can ring loveholidays with confidence thank you the loveholidays team I've had the pleasure to talk to

I am extremely disappointed with weloveholidays. My booking (Ref:LOV12974260DE) was handled in a totally unprofessional way.
On February 13th, I received an official "Get Ready" email from them, confirming my departure. However, on February 15th, they suddenly cancelled the entire holiday. They claim they sent a notification on Feb 10th, but that email went to SPAM—unlike all their other communications—and they only gave a 48-hour window to respond. It is unacceptable to cancel a trip based on a "hidden" email while simultaneously sending official confirmation emails just 48 hours before the cancellation.
To make matters worse, they have made it impossible to contact them: all their official email addresses (customer.relations@ and compliance@) are disabled and return a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" error.
I have received a refund, but a refund is not enough. My annual leave is lost and my holiday is ruined due to their contradictory information and lack of support. I demand a proper response and compensation for this mess.
On the whole an ok service. I was annoyed as I booked the wrong room and on calling they tried to charge me £87 for changing the room. It was within less than 12 hrs and the room I had booked was actually more money. Also be aware the airlines can put their prices up and again we had to pay an extra £235 for the flights a party of 4 already spending £4k to travel to New York. They did waiver the £87. I felt you’re reined in and once booked you have no choice but to accept the extra or you lose your deposit. However I had looked at seperate flights and hotels after and their prices even though had gone up were actually good value.
Hotel was great, I couldn't fault the staff they were excellent. Hotel amenities were good. My only complaint was the main couse for dinner was very poor!! Starters and deserts were good !!
Loveholidays makes it fiscally possible to say YES to all those bonkers dream holiday plans! I've booked 2 Las Vegas holidays with them now and both booking processes were a doddle. Enquiries were dealt with in a rapid manner before the 2024 trip and im very excited for my 2026 trip!
