Scam people out of additional money for a glitch in their system when clicking on buy now & the dates change, then charge astronomical fees to amend after!
Avoid these scammers at all costs.
So far a short break has been booked - simple to go through the system, just note the first price is not the final price - there are 'must adds' which give a slightly different total. it is still a good value price so will see what the mini break is like, come October.
Caves beach resort!! Where do I start what a absolute shite hole. Terrible food, tables were only laid when restraunt first opened, can't really comment on the service as there wasn't any. Stear well clear of the medical centre as they are a complete and utter rip off . Put you on a drip for a few mozzy bites then want you to to lie to insurance company. Rooms were to dark. Swim up pool is a joke as there swim up to every man and his dog. It was that bad I paid £600.00 extra to get flights home 4 days early. No way is this 5 star. I've had better food and service in transport cafes around the UK. And just to make you all aware that love holidays is NOT ABTA Covered.

The hotel provided was grossly misrepresented in the promotional material and did not meet the basic expectations outlined at the time of booking.
Firstly, the hotel did not resemble the advertised images or descriptions. The condition of the property was poor, and the room allocated to us was far below standard – outdated, unclean, and lacking the promised amenities. It was immediately clear that we had been misled. Sent a full complaint detailing everything with images and extra costs incurred. Loveholidays provided a response from the hotel that was clearly about a complint from another guest. They also updated the website info. Off the back of my complaint then tried to say it was clear on their booking system what was included??? Loveholidays are a Misleading untrustworthy con artists with very poor customer service. Dont bother booking with them.
UPDATE: This issue was not dealt with correctly seeing as the response from the hotel on this matter was in regaurds to a different complaint by another guest clearly and information on the love holiday booking site to get around not doing anything about the complaint please see tiktok.
I put in the wrong dates ancc didn’t book my husband in error too. So, I tried to cancel but it won cancel down my flights. I tried contacting Ryanair as soon as I realised m error. But nope- no help at all. I explained I am disabled and not great with technology but I still didn’t get anywhere. I still haven’t been able to cancel nor have I been able to add my husband. It’s just one big mess and you can’t get a customer advisor to help at all.
This is the 4th holiday I've booked via love holiday's which has been simple with great prices for flights and accommodation. Your customer service agents are also helpful and professional.
I've used loveholidays a lot including 4 holidays in the next year now on the 1st holiday to Malta I've been made to cancel as my younger sister is close to death due to cancer so I've cancelled the holiday and it works out I've lost the bulk of my holiday money including a massive £75 cancellation fee i would have thought under the circumstances something would have been in place but no and the agent wasn't even listening to me reference number LOV10579831U

Left on hold 3 occasions all well over a hour take your money no aftersales or customer focus I doubt they have agents at all probably AI avoid or suffer after suffering 3 hours on hold exposed to Huey Lewis nasal warbling I submitted no aftersales none
Looking to change hotel or cancel left with no options other than to pay extortionate prices which is double what package cost in 1st place and if i was to book package again it would have been cheaper ? left with no option but to cancel payments seek legal action package was only booked 48hrs ago and Holiday not until may plenty of time to make ammendments without being ripped off blackmailed and bullied... the go to reply is go to Hotel only on the site however the hotel only option is twice or 3 times the price of a package including flights ?? work that one out ? so a flight and hotel is 50-70% CHEAPER than hotel only ?? bottom line there are no options and they dont care all i wanted to do is keep my flights and change to a neighbouring hotel to join my family without being ripped off however this seems impossible.
