I recently booked my holiday through Love Holidays and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The booking system was so easy to use – everything was clear, straightforward and stress-free from start to finish.
Adding transfers was simple and gave real peace of mind knowing everything was sorted before we travelled. What I really liked was how easy it was to add experiences onto the booking as well. Being able to organise activities in advance meant we could just relax and enjoy the trip without worrying about planning once we got there.
The whole process felt smooth, organised and user-friendly. From booking the flights and hotel to sorting transfers and extras, everything was in one place and easy to manage. I’d definitely use Love Holidays again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free way to book a trip.
Flights were great. Hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. The room was basic and dated but the bed was comfortable and the shower warm and powerful. We were next to the lifts so a constant noise was heard all day and night.
I have booked through Love Holidays a few times now and the service has been great. The only blip was the transfer when I went to Budapest. The private transfer was a rust bucket, I was expecting a taxi. As we were booked into a lavish 5* hotel it put a bit of a negative spin on my surprise for my partner and you don't get picked up at the airport you have to walk some way to the car park as it saves the transfer money. The transfer in Egypt was disorganised and chaotic so I will book a private taxi through the hotel next year but happy to book my holiday through Love Holidays again.
The prices are very competitive and my preference to book through.

Our Love Holidays trip to Malta for some February warmth was excellent. We stayed half-board at the Barcelo Fortina. This is an extremely well-run hotel and the breakfasts and dinners were sumptuous. If you choose this holiday you won't be disappointed.

Good hotel & location is really good big too but not 5* as said on website 3* very clean & friendly staff definitely recommend it for short break food mostly same but I like fresh juices made very good friendly waiter too. There was plenty of us Asians uk holiday makers more options of asian style food would be nice over all 9 out 10.
We had a transfer booked from the airport to our hotel. We had delays due to luggage arrival. It took more than 60 mins to get out of the airport. As a result, the driver left. Loveholidays said that is in the t&c, so they can't anything and can't give a refund despite no taxi. Awful customer service. Just talk to AI. This was a holiday we booked and then 5 days later, it magically cost £400 more to secure. Companies like these can't go bust soon enough.
Mis-sold holiday, impossible to contact, pressured for cancellation fees
I had an extremely poor experience with Love Holidays that I feel others should be aware of.
I booked a package holiday from the UK to Bodrum on the clear basis that it included direct flights, as I was travelling with my 85-year-old father. Indirect flights were not suitable, and this was a key factor in my booking decision.
Once the booking was confirmed, I discovered that the flights were indirect via Istanbul, and the accommodation was not what we had selected. This fundamentally changed the nature of the holiday and made it unsuitable.
I attempted to cancel immediately after discovering these issues. However, Love Holidays was extremely difficult to contact. I spent hours on hold over several days and could not reach anyone. When I finally managed to speak to a representative, I explicitly cancelled the booking.
Despite this, Love Holidays have repeatedly claimed the booking is “not cancelled in their system” and have continued to pressure me to agree to £775+ in cancellation charges, while ignoring the mis-selling, the unsuitable flights, and their own failure to provide accessible customer support. Their responses focus solely on demanding money rather than addressing the actual issues raised.
I have cancelled all future payments and am now having to escalate the matter further, which could have been avoided with basic customer service and fair handling.
Based on my experience, I would urge others to be extremely cautious. If anything goes wrong, you may find it very difficult to get hold of anyone, and reasonable concerns may be dismissed in favour of enforcing fees.
