Disliked that they don't really look at the bigger package ie transfers Twice we have had a bad transfer that was booked through love holidays as a package the first time we just thought it would be a one off but after a bad experience with the 2nd transfer the following year we have decided not to use love holidays again.I actually cant be bothered to go into great detail but if you like being dumped in the middle of no were and it taking you 2 hours to find your actually hotel And if you don't mind turning up and not actually being able to get into your holiday let as reception shuts early then go for it Sorry love holiday but if you are selling a package holiday with transfers then at least make sure the customer knows they might have to book somewhere else for the first night
Advertised as 5-star with soundproofed rooms + live music (Giata screenshots). Reality: mould, urine-stained mattress, noise until 3 AM, infection. Room change 414 → 205 – no improvement.loveholidays:- Offered €76 (20%) as “final gesture”- Lied: “no complaints on-site” and “no other guests”- 6 Nov 2025: “we can’t do more”
Holiday went great. But the transfer from the airport was awful. He arrived when the plane landed and waited an hour after that, which wasn't enough time to get through passport control. He left without us and refused to come back for us. I then had to pay for a taxi, which love holidays only gave half the fare back. Spoilt the holiday a bit being 60 euros down.
Told me 2 weeks before we went..that the hotel was shut for refurbishment.. had to pay over £300 extra to have a other hotel..as the hotel there offered was to big and my wife can't cope with so many people.. explained this to them but still had to pay.. never will book with love holidays again..my friends are family will not book with them either

It’s easy for Loveholidays to contact you about making a payment but for some reason there is a delay in having a customer’s issue resolved? The private message you had sent me requesting for my name, reference and phone number was already provided to you so this response was not required. Now I see you’re making more excuses about not passing security checks with my own data when I am the lead passenger and you know that yet again wasting time for my complaint not to be dealt with. Loveholidays have to be posting fake reviews about the “good” service people are receiving.

Do not use this dreadful company😡Be aware this company is not in “””ABTA”””Straight forward booking and ease of sending email and paying. Once at the a apparently four star hotel it was disgusting Tried to get through to the “help line”who couldn’t help at all, so stuck at this remote hotel for two weeks. We took 250 photos of the state of this hotel, after numerous correspondence with their after care team for 29 days they gave me 10% refund a joke!!!!!!!
I have never experienced such appalling service from a travel company. What should have been a simple holiday turned into a nightmare thanks to LoveHolidays’ incompetence and complete lack of accountability.My flights were cancelled at the last minute, and when I contacted customer service, I spoke with three different agents – Sam, Ayanda, and Gift. Not one of them offered any real assistance. Instead, they repeated the same empty, scripted lines, refused to take responsibility, and essentially relied on me to solve the problem myself. The level of indifference was staggering, and each interaction left me more frustrated and stranded without a solution.It wasn’t until I finally reached Rahul that I encountered someone willing to actually do their job. Unlike the others, Rahul immediately understood the situation, issued a refund without delay, and treated me with the urgency and professionalism that should have been there from the very beginning. He was the only person who gave me any sense of resolution.However, the fact remains: I should never have been put through this ordeal in the first place. LoveHolidays’ customer service is inconsistent at best and disgraceful at worst. While I am grateful to Rahul, the overall experience has left me furious, out of pocket for extra arrangements I had to make myself, and completely unwilling to ever use this company again.LoveHolidays failed me when I needed them most, and I strongly urge anyone considering booking with them to think twice. If things go wrong, don’t expect timely help — unless you’re lucky enough to reach someone like Rahul.
had such an easy and smooth experiencing first time every using and was just brilliant, i had to change my hotel several times due to issues but there was no extra hidden charges in doing this which was amazing the changes were instant also! Definitely recommend would be great if in future you did package holidays without having to pay extra for suitcases
