Booked holiday with them back in Feb 2025. In June my booking was cancelled because someone got into there system and scammed my booking ( yet they advertise 100% scam free?). Holiday was meant to happen in September, numerous emails sent asking for my refund, just get fobbed off with excuses Disgusting response or lack of from loveholidays.
Run so fast away from this holiday company, you will save time energy and money. If you’re elderly or find the bot. Hats and lack of availability of customer service an issue RUN away. If you find poor communication and a lack of recording of conversations that have been had in order to make processes such as changing names some passport and travel information important to be done, issue then RUN away. If you run into an issue where you need to change. Holiday due to health concerns please remember that each time you send a request and they send an offer which doesn’t even fit the criteria you first gave via email in writing as clear as day, every single offer they give you will be charged a rate….so if you have a conversation that goes back-and-forth 12 times you will be charged a change fee each and every time. If you do not have money to waste then RUN away. And lastly if you raise an issue on the chat that you have a mother of 70 years old who is finding the communication style difficult they will ignore your request of other ways of support and company abuse the vulnerability of elderly and disabled people, if you don’t believe inputting vulnerable elderly disabled people in a position where a company can abuse technology to get more money from these vulnerable people then Run away
Terrible App, doesn’t show time difference so i returned home a day later than the date I’d booked! Wrote and complained to their Legal & Compliance Department and was totally ignored. Terrible communication and you have to spend 10 minutes on the phone with an AI Bot before you get to speak to anyone. The holiday turned out OK but the hotel was more a 4* than a luxury 5* - it’s not worth the stress and anxiety using Love Holidays when there are so many and much better tour operators. These guys are an Agent only and don’t give a damn about their customers requirements. AVOID.
